The motivaticn to wwk is one of the most important fectors influ»icing productivity and efficiency of production and business for companies. The main objective of this study is to identify key fectors significanity affecting the working motivation of direct workers in Sentec Vietnam, hi this researdi, we surveyed 215 direct workers in Soitec Viettiam. The results of ExplorattMy Factor Analysis (EFA) indicated Ihat 8 factors, including: (I) Stability in work; (2) Empowerment; (3) Performance assessment; (4) Opportunities for promotion and career development; (5) Lead^'s concern; (6) Environmaital and working conditions; (7) Leader's trust; and (8) Salaries, bonuses, and benefits, significantly affected the working motivation of direct workers in Soitec Vietnam. The findings of this research, therefore, provide implications for development solutions, with the aims of improving the working motivation of direct workers of Sentec Vietnam in particular and in other FDI companies in Vietnam in general.
