ABSTRACT:
This study was conducted to measure the provision of district-level public admmistrative services according to practical expenence of enterprises and people at the People's Committee of Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City. Quantitative research methods were used to survey 300 enterprises and people with the verificiltion of Cronbachs Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis and multiple regression analysis. The researchs results showed that there are two factors which directly affect the provision of quality of public administrative services. These two factors are in descending order, namely empathy - assurance and fees. Based on the result, the research proposed some pohcy implications to improve the provision of quahty of public administrative services for enterprises and people.
