4.3.1. Kiem dinh do tin cay cua thang do (Cronbach -Anpha test)
TrUdc khi thUc hien cac t h u tuc phan tich sau, nghien cUu thiic hien viec kiem dinh do tin cay cua thang do thong qua thu tuc Cronbach - -Anpha test tren SPSS.
