This study is to identify and measure the impact level of factors related to the corporate culture including collaborate clan culture, create adhocracy culhire, compete market culture and control hierarchy culture on the satisfaction and the loyalty of staff working at accommdation services companies in Ho Chi Mmh City. Generally, the shidy explores factors of the corporate culmre that irapact on the loyalty of employees.
