Tuy nhien, trong tinh todn dieu chinh va van hdnh mdy co phitc tap han so vai phuang phdp dieu chinh vi sal Bdi bdo ndy, trinh bdy phucmg dn sit dung mdy tinh de lap trinh tinh todn tu dong trong tinh todn dieu chinh dong hoc mdy theo phuangphdp dieu chinh khong vi sai de ndng cao do chinh xdc gia cong. For manufacturing helical gears on a hobbing machine, differential and non-c setup methods can be used. The former choice is usually preferred due to its simplification i, setting-up and implementation. The non-differential setup method is applicable to gear hobbing without a differential mechanism. It can also be used for increasing machining precision due to the fact that the kinematic chain is more rigid than the differential method. However, its calculation for setting up the hobbing machine is more complicated than the differential one. This paper, therefore, presents a computational method, with computer-aided calculation for non-differential setups, to automatically calculate setting-up parameters on the hobbing machine for increasing machining precision. Produced helical gears with the presented method are measured using high precision

measuring instruments for validation.

4. DANH GIA KET QUA

Ki6m tra goc nghieng cua banh rang gia cong tren may do goc nghieng banh rang tru.

Kich thudc vat do la:
