Djnh danh theo phuang phdp cd dien dua vdo hinh dang, mdu sdc cua khum nam va ddc diem hinh thdi cau true nam mdc xem d kinh hien vi.

Djnh danh so bp de xdc djnh chi nam. - Muc dp nhiim nim cua 20 phong co may lanh la 200 - 530 CFU/m3 khong khi, trong do (50% )phong co muc dp nhiem la 400 - 530 CFU/m3 khong khi, (10%) phong co mice dp nhiem nim hon 500 CFU/m3 khong khi. Theo tham khao muc dp nhiim nim mic cua cac nude (bang 3), kit qua khao sat d 20 phong la 10% phong co muc dp nhiim kha cao niu chpn theo quy djnh muc dp nhiim cua Singapor. Ngoai ra, theo tai lieu cho bilt nhan vien van phong thudng bi benh dudng ho hip do moi trudng lam viec nhiim nim d muc dp 344 CFU/m3 m.

- Da s i cac phong khao sat deu co chi Aspergillus, Penicillium, Cladosporium co muc dp nhiim cao han cac chi nim khac. Kit qua nay cung phu hpp vdi cac cong trinh khao sat cac

nude [ 4'5 ). Ngoai ra, kit qua khao sat cho thiy da

so cac phdng khao sat cd muc dp nhiim 3 chi nim nay kha cao hon 50 CFU/m3 khdng khi. Ca 3 chi nim tren diu cd muc dp nguy hai din sue khoe con ngudi. Chi Cladosporium gay di ung, ngoai ra theo bao cao cua BV DHYD Hui nam 2008, ca benh nao do Cladosporium batiana d benh nhan khdng nhiem HIVI 9l

- Rieng chi Aspergillus, djnh danh 11 nhdm lodi nhu A. clavatus, A. flavus, A. flavipes, A.

fumigatus, A. glaucus, A. nidulans, A. niger, A.

ochraceus, A. restrictus, A. terreus, A. versicolor.

Trong dd A. niger cd ti Id nhiim cao nhit vdi muc dp > 50 CFU/m3 khdng khi (11/20 phdng).

Theo tdi lieu tdm tit d bang 3 quy djnh mdi chung loai nim mic nhiim phai < 50 CFU/m3 vi niu vupt qua muc cho phep se gay nguy hai din sue khoe con ngudi vd theo tdi lieu 1 1 3 1 niu nhiim Aspergillus > 50 CFU/m3 khdng khi gay kich ung mit, da, ho. Vdy vdi kit qua tren, 50%

phdng khao sat bj tac hai cua nim moc.

- Theo tdi lieu I 2 , 6 | 7 1 va cac ca lam sang bao cao d bao dien tu cdc nim dinh danh dupe hiu hit diu Id nim cd the gay hai din sue khoe con ngudi. Nhu A. flavus nhiim vdi muc dp kha cao tu 30 - 47 CFU/m3 d cac phdng P9, P10, P13, P20; day la nim mic cd the san sinh aflatoxin gay ung thu gan.

K i t luan

Theo tham khao quy djnh muc dp nhiim nim cua cac nude cho thay mac du chi cd 10%

phong vdi muc dp nhilm nam kha cao Id hon

500 CFU/m3 khdng khi. Tuy nhien da s i nam mic nhiem Id nim mic ddc hai. Neu thdi gian con ngudi phoi nhiim d trong mdi trudng ndy khd nhiiu gid hay d nhung ngudi cd ca dia di ung, suy giam miin djch thi nim moc se cd nguy ca gay hai sue khoe. Do dd cin cd bien phdp loai bd nim mic.

Qua khao sat cho thiy nhung phdng cd muc dp nhiim nim cao cd dac diem chung la phdng cd nhiiu ngudi ra vdo vd cd dp am tuang ddi > 60%.

S u m m a r y

Nowadays, indoor air environment is rather polluted, diseases caused by the moulds are increasing, especially on the acquired immune deficiency patients. Some countries have proposed limiting the level of indoor air pollution. However, there is no such regulation in our country.

We research on the polluted level in air- conditioned offices in the school and identify the moulds to discover toxic moulds to human health.

Research on fungal contamination in offices by using Mas 100 for taking moulds and identifying the moulds by following the classical method which is based primarily on colony color and mould morphology.

The moulds polluted level of the 20 air- conditioned offices was about 200 - 530 CFU in air cubic metre. Among them, there are 400 - 530 CFU in air cubic metre (50% offices), more than 500 CFU in air cubic metre (10% offices). The majority of moulds discovered are toxic ones to human health.
