SUMMARY

Using the docking softwares integrated molecular mechanics and quantum mechanics the hydrogen bonds map (HDM) ofligands in CD38 and E226- and El46- mutants have been calculated. There is an evidence to prove the existence of relationship between HDM and catalytic activities. The calculation also shown that the docking calculation could give useful information to studying protein-ligand com- plexes.

Tam hoat dflng cua CD38 tp nhign va cac thd dflt bidn gdm cfl 10 axitamin sau; Arg127, Asp155, Glu146, Glu226, Lys129, Ser126, Ser193, Thr221, Trp125 va Trp 189.
