ABSTRACT
This study aims at determining the factors affecting the customer's satisfaction for consulting services-intermadiation and immovables in the CanTho city. The data of study was collected from 188 customers whom have used the services in CanTho city. The analytical methods used in this study included scale test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and linear multiple regression model. Research results have identified the factors affecting the customer's satisfaction for consulting services ~ intermediation and
immovables are the trust, ability to adapt visible media, gender and age ofthe customer In particular, the trust factor is influential to the degree of customer's satisfaction.

Su hii ldng cua khich hang li sy mong dpi trudc vi sau khi mua mdt sin phim hay djch vu (Oliver, 1997).
