PRESENTED BY PAULINE TENDAI MANIKI G15M2446
What is a problem?
What must I do when I have a problem?
Can I solve the problems myself ?
Introduction
Step 1: Identify the problem
It seems easy but it is not due to denial, Pride and ego
Egos and denial are usually connected to the problem or the solution
Step back from the issue and use the star method
Look at what is really causing the difficulty
That is the problem!!
Step 2: Explore information and create ideas
Find the cause of the problem
Gather information on how the cause is associated with the problem
Gather information on how best you can solve the problem
Create different ideas you can use to solve the problem
Make a list of the ideas
Step 3: Select the best idea
You have to analyse the resources available
Look at the solutions which can be tried using the available resources
Decide which solution would give results faster
Step 4:Build and test the idea
Look at how you are planning to solve the problem
Note the problems you are likely to face
Note the idea with the least complications
Analyse the possible results using that idea
