Perseroan memperoleh penghargaan dari Vallourec Mannesmann sebagai pemegang lisensi terbaik dalam fasilitas threading VAM. Kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dan komitmen terhadap keselamatan kerja ditunjukkan dengan memperoleh sertifikasi OHSAS 18001 : 1999 dari badan sertifikasi SGS.

Segmen Penguliran
Segmen ini dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Penguliran yang menyediakan penguliran pipa-pipa tubing dan casing dengan lisensi VAM, Big Omega, NSPJ untuk industri minyak, gas bumi dan panas bumi. Divisi ini mempunyai bagian "Thermal Spray Aluminium" untuk ketahanan pipa-pipa terhadap korosi. Kapasitas produksi adalah sebesar 300.000 eq. Metrik Ton per tahun.
Penjualan ditahun 2012 sebesar US$159,62 juta (2011- US$159,36 juta), naik 0,16%. Kenaikan ini karena produk campuran yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu. Harga jual divisi penguliran relatif stabil, namun terdapat penurunan penjualan di pasar domestik akibat persaingan industri pipa baja tanpa kampuh. Sedangkan untuk pasar ekspor, Perusahaan berhasil meningkatkan pangsa pasar yang lebih baik dibanding tahun sebelumnya.
Segmen Perawatan Panas
Segmen ini dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Perawatan Panas yang berhubungan dengan pengerasan pipa sebelum proses penguliran sesuai dengan standar API.
Penjualan ditahun 2012 sebesar US$17,55 juta (2011-US$23,31 juta), turun 24,71% yang disebabkan volume produksi yang menurun dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu.
Kapasitas produksi adalah sebesar 120.000 eq. Metrik Ton per tahun.
Segmen Sambungan Pipa Ulir
Segmen ini dilaksanakan oleh PT Hymindo Petromas Utama yang menyediakan penguliran pipa tubing dan casing untuk industri minyak dan gas bumi.
Penjualan ditahun 2012 sebesar US$1,58 juta (2011-US$1,34 juta), sedangkan kontribusi laba neto sebesar US$0,14 juta. Kapasitas produksi adalah sebesar 10.000 Metrik Ton per tahun. Ketiga segmen tersebut diatas bersama-sama menghasilkan penjualan sebesar US$178,75 juta (2011-US$184,01 juta). Kontribusi tersebut berasal dari:
l Divisi penguliran 89,30% (2011-86.60%); l Divisi perawatan panas 9,82% (2011-12,67%); l PT Hymindo Petromas Utama 0,88% (2011-0,73%).
Laba neto segmen tersebut diatas sebesar US$26,24 juta (2011- US$29.79 juta).
Reviewing operation per segment according to the type of business industrial of the company based on the segment among others:
Threading Segment
This segment is managed by a Threading Division providing threading for tubing and casing under VAM, Big Omega, NSPJ licences for oil, gas and geothermal industries. This division has "Thermal Spray Aluminium" department to increase the prevention of pipes being corroded.
Production capacity is to 300,000 Eq Metric Ton per annum.
Turnover in 2012 is US$ 159.62 million (2011-US$ 159.36 million), increased by 0.16%. The increment is due to better product mix than last year.
Selling price in the threading division is relatively stable, however, there the sales for domestic market was lower due to competition in the green pipes. For export market the Company has succeeded to increase export compared to previous year.
Heat Treatment Division
This segment is the Heat Treatment Division, to process raw pipes into plain end pipes according to API specifications.
Turnover of 2012 is US$ 17.55 million (2011-US$23.31 million), 24.71% lower due to low production volume compared with last year.
Production capacity is 120,000 eq. metric ton per annum.
Thread Connection Segment
This segment is contributed by PT Hymindo Petromas Utama, providing threading services for tubular and casing pipes and their accessories in the oil and gas industry.
Turnover of 2012 is US$ 1.58 million (2011 - US$ 1.34 million), while the net profit contribution is US$ 0.24 million. Production capacity is 10,000 eq. Metric Ton per annum. The above three segments resulted total turnover of US$ 178.75 million (2011-US$184.01 million).
The Contributions come from :
