6. business and Logistic development

a. Melakukan kemitraan sinergis dalam rangka pengembangan jaringan pelayanan pada pelabuhan utama, masih dalam proses pendekatan dengan pihak KUPP dan pengguna jasa setempat pada pelabuhan Nabire dan telah dikerjasamakan di pelabuhan umum lainnya, seperti Pelabuhan Tanjung Batu;

b. Melakukan penetrasi dan pengembangan pasar petikemas dan special cargo (curah cair dan curah kering), telah diusulkan pelimpahan kewenangan penyelenggaraan pemanduan di perairan wajib pandu Lubuk Tutung Sengatta, berdasarkan surat Direktur Utama PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) kepada Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Laut Kementerian Perhubungan No. 14/ KB.001/1/DUT-2014 tanggal 17 September 2014; c. 5. Assets Optimalization and Development

a. Reconditioning facilities and port equipment as well as the development of facilities in the new terminal;

6. Business and logistic Development

a. performing synergistic partnerships in order to develop service network in major ports; approaching Kupp and local user in nabire port is still in the process; other cooperations have been executed in other public ports as well, such as the port of tanjung Batu;

b. penetration and market development of containers and special cargo (liquid bulk and dry bulk), delegation of authority pilotage in mandatory pilotage zone in Lubuk tutung sengatta, based on the letter of the Director of pt pelabuhan indonesia iV (persero) to the Director general of sea transportation, Ministry of transportation no. 14/KB.001/1/Dut-2014 dated 17 september 2014;

Konsultan, pengembangan Pelabuhan Balikpapan telah ditandatangani MoU dengan PT Sugico Graha Nomor 20/HK/302/2/DKP-2013 tanggal 30 Oktober 20/HK/302/2/DKP-2013, pengembangan Pelabuhan Samarinda, Direksi telah menyurat ke Walikota Samarinda Nomor 06/PR.102/1/ DOT-2014 tanggal 19 Februari 2014 perihal Persetujuan dan Rekomendasi Rencana Induk Pelabuhan dan Pengembangan SMBC;

d. Untuk pengoperasian CCC dan CDC pada Cabang Bitung telah terbit Peraturan Direksi Nomor PD 22 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem dan Prosedur Pelayanan Cargo Consolidation Center (CCC) atau Cargo Distribution Center (CDC) pada PT Pelindo IV Cabang Bitung dan sudah berjalan pengoperasiannya serta akan dilaksanakan evaluasi secara periodik. Saat ini sedang dikaji program sinergi antara TPK Bitung dan Cabang Bitung untuk mengoptimalisasikan pasar yang ada; e. Untuk pengoperasian CCC dan CDC pada Cabang

Balikpapan telah dilaksanakan penandatanganan MoU antara Cabang Balikpapan dengan PT Altus Logistics Service Indonesia No. 2/HK.302/I/DUT-2013 tanggal 27 Februari 2/HK.302/I/DUT-2013 sebagai awal untuk menjadikan Pelabuhan Balikpapan sebagai

logistic/supply base kegiatan penambangan; f. Pelaksanaan evaluasi dan pembahasan kembali

dalam rangka melanjutkan dan perintisan angkutan langsung petikemas luar negeri (international direct call) di TPK Makassar;

g. New services (One Stop Service) untuk layanan perbankan/host to host, bunker system telah diimplementasikan di Cabang Makassar untuk pembayaran melalui E-Payment (teller dan ATM) sementara secara bersamaan Bank BRI dan BNI dalam tahapan proses penyelesaian aplikasi; h. Pembentukan Anak Perusahaan Patungan

antara PT Pelindo I, II, III, dan IV (Persero) yaitu PT Terminal Petikemas Indonesia (TPI) untuk menekan biaya logistik pelayaran nusantara; i. Pembentukan anak perusahaan bidang

pengelolaan alur pelayaran pelabuhan Samarinda dan Balikpapan dalam proses penyiapan dokumen konsep proyek, Letter of Intent, dokumen akademik PT Pelindo IV (Persero) kepada Ditjen Hubla untuk memenuhi persyaratan sebagai Badan Usaha;

j. Pembentukan anak perusahaan bidang Marine Services dalam proses menunggu persetujuan

e. Mou between Balikpapan Branch with pt Altus Logistics service indonesia no. 2/hK.302/i/Dut-2013 has been signed, dated February 27, 2/hK.302/i/Dut-2013 as the start to make the Balikpapan port as a logistics/supply base for mining activities;

f. the evaluation and re-discussion in order to continue and pioneer direct transport of container abroad (international direct calls) in tpK Makassar;

g. new services (One stop service) for banking services/host to host; bunker system has been implemented in Makassar branch for e-payment (teller and AtM) while at the same time, services with BRi and Bni are still in process of completion of the application;

h. establishment of joint Venture subsidiary among pt pelindo i, ii, iii, and iV (persero), which is pt terminal Container indonesia (tpi), to reduce logistic shipping cost around the archipelago; i. Regarding the establishment of a subsidiary

engaged in the management of the shipping channel of samarinda port and Balikpapan port, it still on the process of preparing project concept documents, Letter of intent, and academic documents of pt pelindo iV (persero) to Directorate general of sea transportation to qualify as a Business entity j. Regarding the establishment of a subsidiary

Pembentukan anak perusahaan bidang property, bidang logistic, dan bidang PJTKi dalam tahap evaluasi dan pembuatan kajian; anak perusahaan bidang pengelolaan alur pelayaran pelabuhan Samarinda dan Balikpapan, telah ada surat Direksi kepada Dirjenhubla mengenai permintaan waktu ekspose sesuai surat No. 12/ HM.303/DKP-2013 tanggal 26 Juli 2013 dan No. 01/KB.802/I/DKP-2013 tanggal 4 Oktober 2013 namun sampai saat ini belum ada balasan; l. Layanan komoditi strategis (konsolidasi pupuk)

dengan dilakukannya penandatanganan perjanjian pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2012 dengan jangka waktu kerjasama selama 5 tahun, yang akan berakhir pada 6 Agustus 2017, perjanjian kerjasama sedang berjalan dan juga dilakukan pemantauan dalam prosesnya. Hasil evaluasi sementara dalam tahap pengumpulan dari cabang-cabang terkait yang ditunjuk untuk melaksanakan kerjasama dimaksud. 7. Proitability Growth

a. Proses pengurusan persetujuan tarif pada beberapa pelabuhan cabang kepada Kementerian Perhubungan masih dalam proses;

b. Pengembangan pelayanan penumpang berbasis elektronik passenger service charge saat ini dalam proses pembangunan aplikasi E-PSO oleh Biro IT;

c. Peningkatan pangsa pasar handling B/M dalam proses penambahan fasilitas peralatan pelabuhan;

d. Pelaporan perpajakan secara elektronik melalui situs Ditjen Pajak (E-Filing) telah dilakukan sejak bulan Maret 2013 yaitu pada saat penyampaian SPT Tahunan orang pribadi karyawan tahun 2013 dan selanjutnya akan tetap dilaksanakan pada tahun berikutnya;

e. Penerapan Cash Management System serta pembayaran host to host Cabang Makassar telah bekerjasama dengan Bank BRI dan Bank Mandiri, kerjasama di Terminal Petikemas Makassar

fertilizer) with the signing of an agreement dated 7 August 2012 with the period of cooperation for 5 years, which will expire on 6 August 2017; a cooperation is still in practice and monitoring is also conducted in the process. the evaluation results are still in the stage of collecting from relevant designated branches to carry out the intended cooperation.

7. Proitability Growth

a. Obtaining approval rates in some branches of the harbor to the Ministry of transportation is still in process;

b. Development of electronic-based passenger services is currently in the process of e-psO application development by the it Bureau; c. the increase in the market share of handling
