defined as:
- For Public Sector customers as citizen

Resources (for Multi-Resource Scheduling): A resource contributing to
usage volume is defined as a resource planned during a given calendar year using Software. A resource can be, among others, a person (such as a technician, service engineer, or repair engineer), or a working material (such as a tool, instrument, machine, or room).
The number of resources applied in determining usage volume is the total number of persons to be planned or who have been planned using Software. Where, for example, an upstream system bundles multiple resources, the number of resources to be counted is the number before bundling. The members of a team or work group are each counted as a resource.
The measurement as described above will measure the number of data records created to represent resources (in SAP Workforce Management Core) that are the object of planning at least once during the calendar year.

Sumber daya (untuk Penjadwalan Ulang Multi-Sumber Daya): Sumber
daya yang memberikan kontribusi untuk volume penggunaan didefinisikan sebagai sumber daya yang direncanakan selama tahun kalender tertentu menggunakan Perangkat Lunak. Sumber daya dapat berupa, beberapa diantaranya, seseorang (seperti teknisi, teknisi servis, atau teknisi perbaikan), atau material pekerjaan (seperti tool, instrumen, mesin, atau ruang).
Jumlah sumber daya yang diterapkan dalam menentukan volume penggunaan adalah jumlah total orang yang akan direncanakan atau yang telah direncanakan untuk menggunakan Perangkat Lunak. Jika, misalnya, sebuah sistem upstream menggabungkan beberapa sumber daya, jumlah sumber daya yang akan dihitung adalah jumlah sebelum digabungkan. Anggota sebuah tim atau grup kerja masing-masing dihitung sebagai seorang sumber daya.

Service Order: A service order contributing to usage volume is defined as
one discrete order that is mapped in the software in a given calendar year. A service order can be among others a workshop order, a repair order, or a maintenance order.
The number of service orders applied in determining usage volume is the total number of discrete orders mapped with Software for which order master records are created in Software in a given calendar year. Where, for example, an up-stream system bundles multiple orders, the number of orders to be counted is the number before bundling.
Where an order master record is created in Software, the service order, as defined above, is within the ambit of this present agreement for Software. It matters not how an order master record is generated in Software (for example, by directly creating orders in MRS or by importing order master records from upstream systems such as DBM) or whether an order is in fact the object of any further planning using Software.
The measurement as described above will measure the number of service orders created as data records in the calendar year.
Service Order for SAP Enhanced Maintenance Service Planning means Representation of a reservation for a service area, so called: Slot Order. Check Orders are excluded.
User for Order Engineering Workbench is defined as an individual
working with the Order Engineering application.
Shipment: A shipment is defined as cargo transported under the terms of
a single order.
Installed Capacity is defined as the total theoretical annual production
capacity of all plants of SAP Customer
Solutions in “early adaption phase”
User for code name “FindGrid” is defined as an individual that is
working with the FindGrid application
User is defined as the individual - directly or indirectly accessing the
Software
GWh per year is defined as energy consumption in GWh per year. 1 GWh
is the equivalent of 1,000,000 kWh. The kilowatt hour is most commonly known as a billing unit for energy delivered to consumers by electric utility or electric utilities. In gas industry kWh is used to describe the thermal energy being delivered to consumers. Physically, kWh describes a source of heat or power or as a raw material input to a manufacturing process. Consumption of electric energy is measured by Wh (Watt x Hour). 1 kWh = 1000 Wh http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kilowatt_hour.
Consumer Data Object is defined as an object or record that represents
information about Consumers i.e. a person or group of related people (e.g. Household) that has any kind of business relationship with the licensee where such information is stored and managed in the Master Data Services repository. For purposes of illustration including but not limited to,
such an object or record can represent Contacts, Citizen, Patient data or a customer defined object.
Pemesanan Layanan: Sebuah pemesanan layanan yang berkontribusi
untuk volume penggunaan didefinisikan sebagai satu pemesanan tersendiri yang dipetakan dalam perangkat lunak di tahun kalender yang ditentukan. Sebuah pemesanan layanan diantaranya dapat berupa pemesanan lokakarya, pemesanan perbaikan, atau pemesanan pemeliharaan.
Jumlah pemesanan layanan yang diterapkan dalam menentukan volume penggunaan adalah jumlah total pemesanan tersendiri yang dipetakan dengan Perangkat Lunak yang untuknya catatan utama pemesanan dibuat di Perangkat Lunak pada tahun kalender tertentu. Jika, misalnya, sebuah sistem upstream menggabungkan beberapa pemesanan, jumlah pemesanan yang akan dihitung adalah jumlah sebelum digabungkan. Bila catatan utama pemesanan dibuat di Perangkat Lunak, pemesanan layanan, seperti didefinisikan di atas, adalah dalam cakupan perjanjian terkini untuk Perangkat Lunak. Tidak menjadi masalah bagaimana catatan utama pemesanan dihasilkan dalam Perangkat Lunak (misalnya, dengan membuat pemesanan secara langsung pada MRS atau dengan mengimpor catatan utama pemesanan dari sistem upstream seperti DBM) atau apakah pemesanan memang merupakan objek dari setiap perencanaan lebih lanjut yang menggunakan Perangkat Lunak.
Pengukuran sebagaimana diuraikan di atas akan mengukur jumlah pemesanan layanan yang dibuat sebagai catatan data dalam tahun kalender.
Pemesanan Layanan untuk SAP Enhanced Maintenance Service Planning berarti Pernyataan tentang reservasi area layanan, yang disebut:
Pemesanan Selot. Pemesanan Pemeriksaan tidak termasuk.
Pengguna untuk Order Engineering Workbench didefinisikan sebagai
seseorang dengan aplikasi Order Engineering.
Pengiriman: Pengiriman didefinisikan sebagai kargo yang mengangkut
sesuai syarat-syarat pemesanan tunggal.
Kapasitas Terinstal didefinisikan sebagai total kapasitas produksi
tahunan teoretis dari semua pabrik Pelanggan SAP

Pengguna untuk nama kode “FindGrid” didefinisikan sebagai individu
yang bekerja dengan aplikasi FindGrid
Pengguna didefinisikan sebagai individu - yang mengakses Perangkat
Lunak secara langsung atau tidak langsung
GWh per tahun didefinisikan sebagai konsumsi energi dalam GWh per
tahun. 1 GWh adalah ekuivalen dengan 1.000.000 kWh. Kilowatt jam biasanya dikenal sebagai unit penagihan untuk energi yang dikirimkan kepada pelanggan berdasarkan utilitas listrikatau utilitas listrik. Dalam industri gas, kWh digunakan untuk menguraikan energi termal yang akan dikirimkan kepada pelanggan. Objek Data Pelanggan didefinisikan sebagai objek atau catatan yang
mewakili informasi tentang Pelanggan, yaitu orang atau grup dari orang terkait (misalnya Rumah tangga) yang memiliki jenis hubungan bisnis dengan penerima lisensi di mana informasi tersebut disimpan dan dikelola dalam repositori Master Data Service. Untuk tujuan ilustrasi, termasuk
namun tidak terbatas pada, misalnya objek atau catatan, dapat mewakili data Kontak, Penduduk, Pasien, atau objek yang didefinisikan pelanggan.
Exhibit 8 – Terms relating to Third Party Web Services
Third Party Web Services are defined in Section 1.2.6 of the Preamble to these Use Terms and examples of Third Party Web Services include services such as: Facebook, Evernote, Gigya, Twitter, Google Maps and other such services (non-exhaustive list for the purpose of examples – please refer to the definition of Third Party Web Services for precise definition). The following terms apply to all Third Party Web Services:
• Licensee is solely responsible for obtaining all account and authentication credentials required to access or use the Third Party Web Service’s API or the Third Party Web Service.
• Use of the Third Party Web Service’s API is subject to Licensee’s acceptance of the Third Party Web Service’s terms and conditions, which must be obtained from the Third Party Web Service provider. SAP is not a party to the agreement between the Licensee and the Third Party Web Service provider.
• The Third Party Web Service’s API and the Third Party Web Service are excluded from all SAP representation, warranties, indemnifications and support obligations.
• Licensee expressly agrees to indemnify SAP, its officers, employees, agents and subcontractors from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) suffered by SAP arising from the use of any Third Party Web Services by Licensee or its Affiliates.
• SAP may throttle, suspend or terminate the Licensee’s access to the Third Party Web Service’s API through the Product if Licensee violates or causes SAP to violate Third Party Web Service provider’s terms of service or other applicable Third Party Web Service provider agreements or policies (including, without limitation, exceeding any data or usage limits).
