9. Produk Portofolio Basis Data dan Teknolog (Kecuali HANA)
9.1 Perangkat Lunak yang dilisensikan dapat termasuk sumber terbuka (open source) dari pihak ketiga dan/atau komponen-komponen pengunduhan gratis lainnya (secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai “Komponen Pengunduhan Gratis”). Harap lihat

9.2 Versi produk yang ditandai dengan "Versi Awal" pada SAP Service Marketplace hanya dapat diunduh dan/atau digunakan oleh Penerima Lisensi yang saat ini atau sebelumnya
merupakan pelanggan Sybase, serta yang memiliki atau pernah melisensikan versi awal tertentu dari perangkat lunak Sybase yang ingin mereka unduh dan/atau gunakan.
9.3.1 SAP ASE Runtime Edition. Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise
("ASE") adalah basis data runtime yang dilisensikan untuk penggunaan oleh individu yang dilisensikan sebagai Pengguna SAP yang Ditentukan hanya bersama dengan penggunaan Perangkat Lunak yang berlaku olehnya dan/atau Perangkat Lunak Pihak Ketiga yang dilisensikan oleh Penerima Lisensi dari SAP. Basis data runtime Sybase ASE tidak dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan perangkat lunak dan/atau perangkat lunak pihak ketiga apa pun selain dari Perangkat lunak yang berlaku dan/atau Perangkat Lunak Pihak Ketiga yang dilisensikan oleh Penerima Lisensi dari SAP. Basis data runtime SAP ASE termasuk lisensi runtime terbatas basis data MaxDB, yang tunduk pada ketentuan ini. Untuk tujuan klarifikasi, lihat Dokumentasi Perangkat lunak yang dapat diterapkan dan/atau Perangkat Lunak Pihak Ketiga untuk informasi mengenai versi/rilis yang didukung pada basis data runtime SAP ASE dan MaxDB. 9.3.2 SAP ASE
Licensee shall only use SAP ASE in connection with the Software licensed for the Use with SAP ASE and only for the purposes of its own internal data processing which includes access of third party user such as contractor, supply chain vendor or supplier, customer, or third party individual authorized by the customer. Licensee may not Use SAP ASE with any non-SAP branded or custom developed applications.
Third party database applications running on HANA Cloud Platform may directly access SAP ASE.
Third party database applications for system administration, monitoring and management may directly access SAP ASE.
Third party database applications or new functionality or new applications which may directly access the SAP ASE or indirectly access information contained therein are not allowed.
The foregoing provision, however, does not prohibit the Licensee from using a development environment or workbench which is part of the SAP Software to configure or modify the SAP software for which the database is licensed.
9.3.3 DB2 Runtime Database in Certain Sybase Licensing Scenarios.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Afaria DM Software, if licensed hereunder, may require a database product in addition to any runtime database that may be licensed hereunder. The Agreement does not contain a license to use any database product other than one identified in the Agreement. SAP makes no representations or warranties as to the terms of any license or the operation of any database product obtained (i.e. licensed) directly from a third party vendor by Licensee, and Licensee is responsible for support and maintenance of any database product obtained (i.e. licensed) from a third party vendor, and SAP has no responsibility in this regard.
9.3.4 SAP Adaptive Server Platform. The total number of Cores
licensed represents the maximum total cumulative Cores on which all of the Software included in SAP Adaptive Server Platform may be installed and Used.
9.3.5 SAP ASE Enterprise Edition. In order for SAP ASE Enterprise
Edition to operate with other SAP Software, additional licenses for SAP ASE Enterprise Edition optional components may be required. Unless otherwise agreed by SAP ASE Runtime Edition cannot be deployed on the same installation as any other SAP ASE software that is not SAP ASE Runtime Edition.
9.3.6 SAP ASE, Edge Edition. SAP ASE, Edge Edition is limited to 4
cores and includes a limited runtime license of SAP Sybase Replication Server, Premium edition to be used only in conjunction with SAP ASE, Edge Edition solely for disaster recovery purposes.
9.3.7 SAP IQ Enterprise Edition. Regardless of the number of Cores
licensed, SAP IQ Enterprise Edition includes one (1) Multiplex Grid Option server license.
9.3.8 SAP Event Stream Processor and Adapters. As is true in all
cases, in order to integrate or otherwise Use the licensed Software with another third party software product, Licensee must first secure an appropriate license from the applicable third party licensor (or one of its authorized distributors). SAP may

Aplikasi basis data pihak ketiga untuk administrasi, pengawasan dan manajemen sistem dapat secara langsung mengakses SAP ASE.
Aplikasi basis data pihak ketiga atau fungsi baru atau aplikasi baru yang dapat mengakses langsung SAP ASE atau mengakses secara tidak langsung informasi yang terkandung di dalamnya tidak diperbolehkan.
Namun, ketentuan sebelummya tidak melarang Penerima Lisensi menggunakan lingkungan pengembangan atau workbench yang merupakan bagian dari Perangkat Lunak SAP untuk mengonfigurasi atau memodifikasi perangkat lunak SAP dimana basis data dilisensikan.
9.3.3 DB2 Runtime Database pada Skenario Pelisensian Sybase Tertentu. Meskipun terdapat ketentuan lainnya yang
menetapkan sebaliknya, Perangkat Lunak DM Afaria, apabila dilisensikan berdasarkan Perjanjian ini, akan memerlukan produk basis data tambahan dari setiap basis data runtime yang dapat dilisensikan berdasarkan Perjanjian ini. Perjanjian tidak berisi lisensi untuk menggunakan produk basis data apa pun selain basis data yang ditentukan dalam Perjanjian. SAP tidak membuat pernyataan atau jaminan mengenai syarat-syarat atas lisensi apa pun atau operasi produk basis data apa pun yang didapatkan (sebagai contoh, dilisensikan) secara langsung dari vendor pihak ketiga oleh Penerima Lisensi, dan Penerima Lisensi bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung dan memelihara produk basis data apa pun yang didapatkan (sebagai contoh, dilisensikan) dari vendor pihak ketiga, dan SAP tidak memiliki tanggung jawab apa pun dalam hal ini.
9.3.4 SAP Adaptive Server Platform. Jumlah total Core yang
dilisensikan menunjukkan total kumulatif maksimal Core di mana semua Perangkat Lunak yang termasuk dalam SAP Adaptive Server Platform dapat diinstal dan Digunakan.
9.3.5 SAP ASE Enterprise Edition. Agar SAP ASE Enterprise Edition
dapat beroperasi dengan Perangkat Lunak SAP, lisensi tambahan untuk komponen opsional SAP ASE Enterprise Edition mungkin diperlukan. Kecuali jika disepakati oleh SAP, SAP ASE Runtime Edition tidak dapat dijalankan pada instalasi yang sama dengan perangkat lunak SAP ASE lain yang bukan merupakan SAP ASE Runtime Edition.
9.3.6 SAP ASE, Edge Edition. SAP ASE, Edge Edition dibatasi untuk
4 core dan mencakup lisensi runtime terbatas SAP Sybase Replication Server, Premium Edition untuk digunakan hanya bersama dengan SAP ASE, Edge Edition hanya untuk tujuan pemulihan bencana.
9.3.7 SAP IQ Enterprise Edition. Tanpa memandang jumlah Core
yang dilisensikan, SAP IQ Enterprise Edition termasuk satu (1) lisensi server Multiplex Grid Option.
9.3.8 SAP Event Stream Processor and Adapters. Sebagaimana
terjadi dalam semua hal, untuk menggabungkan atau Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak yang dilisensikan dengan produk perangkat lunak pihak ketiga lainnya, Penerima Lisensi harus terlebih dahulu mendapatkan lisensi yang tepat dari
disclose Licensee’s business name, address and license metric / level to such entities (where they are licensors of the licensed Software to SAP or its parent, SAP SE) to assist such licensors in determining Licensee’s compliance with the preceding sentence.
9.3.9 SAP SQL Anywhere Edge Edition, workgroup version. SAP SQL
Anywhere Edge Edition, workgroup version (i) is limited to Use on a maximum of eight (8) Cores on a single server and (ii) includes SQL Anywhere Monitor solely for non-productive Use.
9.3.10 SAP PowerDesigner / PowerAMC Products, SAP Replication Server and SAP Replication Server Optional Add-ons. Includes
SAP SQL Anywhere database, which may only be Used as the metadata repository for the PowerDesigner and/or PowerAMC Software (where licensed) and/or Replication Server Software (where licensed) and for SQL language parsing.
9.3.11 Replication Server Heterogeneous Edition (all versions), Replication Server Option – Microsoft (all versions), Replication Server Messaging Edition (all versions), Mirror Activator (all versions), RAP (versions prior to 5.0), Adaptive Server Enterprise (versions prior to 15.0.3), Adaptive Server Enterprise Cluster Edition (incl. directory services) (versions prior to 15.7), IQ (versions prior to 15.4), Replication Server Option – Oracle (versions prior to 15.7.1). Licensee must apply and/or install any
notes, corrections, patches, service packs and other software updates for the foregoing products as soon as reasonably possible after they have been provided by Sybase or SAP in its sole discretion and to follow any advice given by Sybase or SAP with respect to the operation of the software.
9.3.12 SAP ASE Cluster Edition. In order for SAP ASE Cluster Edition
to operate with other SAP Software, additional licenses for SAP ASE Cluster Edition optional components may be required. Unless otherwise agreed by SAP, SAP ASE Runtime Edition cannot be deployed on the same installation as any other SAP ASE software that is not SAP ASE Runtime Edition.
9.3.13 SAP EAServer Workgroup Edition may only be deployed on a
single server having a maximum of 2 Cores. For the avoidance of doubt, Use of the included Jaguar CTS® component is also limited to a single server having a maximum of 2 Cores.
9.3.14 SAP EAServer Advanced Edition. Use of the included Jaguar
CTS® component is limited to a single server.
9.3.15 SAP IQ, Edge edition may only be deployed on a server having
a maximum of 8 Cores. Regardless of the number of Cores licensed, SAP IQ, Edge edition may be Used for databases of up to one (1) terabyte.
10. Mobile
10.1 The licensed Software may include certain third party open source and/or other free download components (collectively, the “Free Download Components”). Please refer to http://www.sap.com/sybase-thirdpartylegal for certain notices relating to the Free Download Components.
10.2 Product versions marked as “Earlier Versions” on SAP Service Marketplace may only be downloaded and/or used by Licensees who are or previously were Sybase customers and who have or

Anywhere Edge Edition, workgroup version (i) dibatasi untuk Penggunaan pada maksimum delapan (8) Core pada server tunggal dan (ii) mencakup SQL Anywhere Monitor semata-mata untuk Penggunaan non-produktif.
9.3.10 Produk-produk SAP PowerDesigner/PowerAMC, SAP Replication Server, dan Pengaya Opsional SAP Replication Server. Termasuk basis data SAP SQL Anywhere, yang hanya
dapat Digunakan sebagai tempat penyimpanan metadata untuk Perangkat Lunak PowerDesigner dan/atau PowerAMC (jika dilisensikan) dan/atau Perangkat Lunak Replication Server (jika dilisensikan) dan untuk penguraian bahasa SQL.
9.3.11 Replication Server Heterogeneous Edition (semua versi), Replication Server Option – Microsoft (semua versi), Replication Server Messaging Edition (semua versi), Mirror Activator (semua versi), RAP (versi sebelum 5.0), Adaptive Server Enterprise (versi sebelum 15.0.3), Adaptive Server Enterprise Cluster Edition (termasuk layanan direktori) (versi sebelum 15.7), IQ (versi sebelum 15.4), Replication Server Option – Oracle (versi sebelum 15.7.1). Penerima Lisensi harus
menerapkan dan/atau menginstal setiap catatan, koreksi, patch, paket layanan, dan pembaruan perangkat lunak lain untuk produk tersebut di atas sesegera mungkin secara layak setelah produk tersebut diberikan oleh Sybase atau SAP dalam kebijakannya semata-mata dan untuk mengikuti setiap saran yang diberikan oleh Sybase atau SAP dengan memperhatikan pengoperasian perangkat lunak.
9.3.12 SAP ASE Cluster Edition. Agar SAP Sybase ASE Enterprise
Edition dapat beroperasi dengan Perangkat Lunak SAP, lisensi tambahan untuk komponen opsional SAP ASE Cluster Edition mungkin diperlukan. Kecuali jika disepakati oleh SAP, SAP ASE Runtime Edition tidak dapat dijalankan pada instalasi yang sama dengan perangkat lunak SAP ASE lain yang bukan merupakan SAP ASE Runtime Edition.
9.3.13 SAP EAServer Workgroup Edition hanya dapat ditempatkan
pada server tunggal yang memiliki maksimal 2 Core. Untuk menghindari keragu-raguan, Penggunaan komponen Jaguar CTS® yang disertakan juga terbatas pada server tunggal yang memiliki maksimal 2 Core.
9.3.14 SAP EAServer Advanced Edition. Penggunaan komponen
Jaguar CTS® yang disertakan juga terbatas pada server tunggal.
9.3.15 SAP IQ, Edge edition hanya dapat dijalankan pada server
tunggal yang memiliki maksimal 8 Core. Tanpa memerhatikan jumlah Core yang dilisensikan, SAP IQ, Edge edition dapat Digunakan untuk basis data hingga satu (1) terabita.
10. Ponsel
10.1 Perangkat Lunak yang dilisensikan dapat termasuk sumber terbuka (open source) dari pihak ketiga dan/atau komponen-komponen pengunduhan gratis lainnya (secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai “Komponen Pengunduhan Gratis”). Harap lihat

10.4.1.1 Afaria DM license includes the following components: Afaria Multi-Tenant Enterprise Server, Afaria Class A Client, Afaria Class B Client.
10.4.1.2 Afaria DM includes a runtime license for SAP SQL Anywhere database. SAP SQL Anywhere is licensed for use only with Afaria DM. Any additional use of SAP SQL Anywhere requires a full use license for SAP Adaptive Service Enterprise or SAP Adaptive Server Platform.
10.5 SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps Software.
10.5.1 The SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps Software may require an additional component downloaded from a third party mobile application store. Each additional component is subject to its respective license agreement. The licensed SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps includes a runtime license for SAP Mobile Platform (“Mobile Platform”). The Mobile Platform is licensed for use with the licensed SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps only. Any additional use of the Mobile Platform requires an additional license. In addition, the following terms apply to specific Software:
10.5.2 SAP Mobile Inclusive Banking, SAP Mobile Consumer Payments, , SAP Omnichannel Banking, digital commercial option, SAP Omnichannel Banking, digital retail option, The
referenced Mobile Apps include a runtime license for SAP Mobile Platform (“Mobile Platform”). The Mobile Platform is licensed for use with the licensed Mobile App only. Any additional use of the Mobile Platform requires an additional license. Runtime Mobile Platform can be used for customers’ extensions and enhancements to the licensed Mobile App provided customer´s extensions are in line with the intended purpose of the licensed App.
10.5.3 SAP Mobile Platform, consumer edition, reporting add-on.
Crystal Reports is included as Runtime Software.
10.5.4 SAP Enterprise Integration for Service Manager, SAP Enterprise Integration for Retail Execution. SAP Enterprise Integration for
Service Manager includes limited access rights to SAP CRM Service, solely for the exclusive purpose of accessing SAP CRM Service through the SAP Enterprise Integration for Service Manager mobile application. No other access rights to SAP CRM Service are included (either express or implied) and any access outside of the SAP Enterprise Integration for Service Manager mobile application requires purchase of a separate full use license for SAP CRM Service. SAP Enterprise Integration for Retail Execution includes limited access rights to SAP CRM Service and/or SAP CRM Sales, solely for the exclusive purpose of accessing SAP CRM Service or SAP CRM Sales through the SAP Enterprise Integration for Retail Execution mobile application. No other access rights to SAP CRM Service or SAP CRM Sales are included (either express or implied) and any access outside of the SAP Enterprise Integration for Retail Execution mobile application requires purchase of a separate full use license for SAP CRM Service and/or SAP CRM Sales.
10.5.5 SAP Mobile Platform and SAP Mobile Platform, Single App Option. Each referenced SAP Mobile Platform license includes
SAP NetWeaver Gateway.Each such SAP Mobile Platform User may Use SAP NetWeaver Gateway as follows: each SAP Mobile Platform User is licensed to Use SAP NetWeaver Gateway provided with the SAP Mobile Platform for the sole

Setiap penggunaan tambahan dari SAP SQL Anywhere memerlukan lisensi penggunaan penuh untuk SAP Adaptive Service Enterprise atau SAP Adaptive Server Platform.
10.5 SAP Enterprise Integration untuk Perangkat Lunak Mobile Apps.
10.5.1 SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps Software mungkin memerlukan komponen tambahan yang diunduh dari bursa aplikasi mobile pihak ketiga. Setiap komponen tambahan tunduk pada perjanjian lisensinya masing-masing. SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps berlisensi mencakup lisensi runtime untuk SAP Mobile Platform (“Mobile Platform”). Mobile Platform dilisensikan untuk digunakan hanya dengan SAP Enterprise Integration for Mobile Apps berlisensi. Setiap penggunaan tambahan atas Mobile Platform memerlukan lisensi tambahan.
