mengacu pada pedoman tata tertib kerja karyawan serta berdasarkan kebijakan direksi.
ISI CODE OF CONDUCT
Isi materi Code Of Conduct terdiri dari dua elemen
penting yaitu etika kerja dan etika usaha. etika kerja menjelaskan sikap dan perilaku antar insan perusahaan, baik sebagai atasan, rekan kerja, maupun bawahan. sedangkan etika usaha menjelaskan bagaimana insan perusahaan beretika, bersikap dan bertindak dalam menjalin hubungan usaha dan interaksi dengan stakeholder perusahaan. THE PRESENCE OF CODE OF CONDUCT
One of the very valuable company assets is the human resource with high integrity. Therefore, on July 17, 2006 Board of Directors has determined Code of Conduct as a general written statement describing the company’s ethical standards to be implemented by all kinds of other activities in a relationship with a fellow human being company, customers, suppliers, shareholders, government, communities and other stakeholders.
Code Of Conduct is develop based on the philosophy of the company’s work culture and a business, legislation, common practices in the business world as well as internal regulations related companies including Labour Agreement (CLA) between the Board and the Trade Unions and employee discipline guidelines.
Code Of Conduct not intended to change employee regulations / guidelines from other similar, but more intended to make it perfect or complementary to one another. Provisions on witness for violations of Code Of Coduct still refer to the Genesis Employee Code of Conduct guidelines and based on the policy board.

seluruh karyawan perusahaan, apa pun tingkatannya diwajibkan menandatangani surat pernyataan kepatuhan
terhadap Code of Conduct untuk diterapkan secara
konsisten dan penuh tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan tugas sehari-hari. Pernyataan kepatuhan tersebut setiap tahun diperbarui dan dijadikan sebagai salah satu persyaratan kelanjutan hubungan kerja di perusahaan.

ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS CODE OF CONDUCT
All employees of the company, whatever its level of compliance required to sign a statement of the Code of Product to be applied consistently and responsibly in the execution of daily tasks. Compliance statement is updated annually and used as a requirement of continued employment at the company.
Provide examples of exemplary management to subordinates and fellow co-workers about how to act and behave in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Impose punishment irmly and consistently on the occurrence of violations of the Code of Conduct.
