3.3 Perdagangan Indonesia -Arab Saudi
Kinerja perdagangan antara Indonesia dan Arab Saudi selama periode 2014-2018, total perdagangan kedua negara mengalami tren penurunan dari USD 8,67 Miliar pada tahun 2014 menjadi USD 6,13 Miliar pada tahun 2018 atau turun sebesar -8,43%. Penurunan nilai perdagangan terbesar terjadi pada produk Migas yang menurun dari USD 5,55 Miliar pada tahun 2014 menjadi USD 3,65 Miliar pada tahun 2018 atau terjadi penurunan sebesar -9,42%. Sedangkan nilai perdagangan produk non migas mengalami penurunan dari USD 3,12 Miliar pada tahun 2014

Khusus kinerja ekspor Indonesia ke Arab Saudi selama periode 2014-2018, juga terjadi tren penurunan dari USD 2,16 Miliar pada tahun 2014 menjadi USD 1,22 Miliar pada tahun 2018 atau turun sebesar -14,25%. Penurunan nilai ekspor tersebut berasal dari menurunnya kinerja espor produk Non Migas dengan nilai penurunan yang sama yaitu -14,25%.
Sama halnya dengan kinerja ekspor, kinerja impor Indonesia dari Arab Saudi selama periode 2014-2018, juga terjadi tren penurunan, dimana menurun dari USD 6,52 Miliar pada tahun 2014 menjadi USD 4,91 Miliar pada tahun 2018 atau turun sebesar -6,23%. Penurunan nilai impor tersebut berasal dari menurunnya kinerja impor produk Migas dari USD 5,55 Miliar pada tahun 2014 menjadi USD 3,65 Miliar pada tahun 2018 atau menurun sebesar yaitu -9,42%. Sedangkan neraca perdagangan antara Indonesia dan Saudi Arabia secara keseluruhan selama periode 2014-2018 Indonesia persisten selalu defisit, meskipun nilai defisitnya mengalami penurunan dari USD -4,36 Miliar pada tahun 2014 menurun menjadi defisit USD -3,37 Miliar.
Nilai ekspor Indonesia ke Saudi Arabia selama periode tahun 2014-2018 memiliki tren penurunan sebesar -14,24%, dimana nilai ekspor Indonesia pada tahun 2014 sebesar USD 2,16 Miliar sedangkan pada tahun 2018 menurun menjadi USD USD 1,22 Miliar. Dari semua produk dalam kategori HS 2 Digit, diketahui

bahwa kontribusi (share) 15 (lima belas) produk tertinggi mencapai 88,05% sedangkan kontribusi produk lainnya sebesar 11,95%. Berdasarkan pada UN Comtrade yang diperoleh dari trademap.org (2019), diketahui bahwa total nilai ekspor (Non Migas) Indonesia ke Saudi Arabia pada tahun 2018 sebesar USD 1,22 Miliar. Komposisi kelompok komoditi produk ekspor terbesar Indonesia ke Saudi Arabia pada tahun tersebut berturut-turut sebagai berikut:
1. Vehicles other than railway or tramway rolling stock USD 381,72 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 31,23%, dan mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar -17,55%;
2. Paper and paperboard; articles of paper pulp, of paper or of paperboard USD 120,73 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 9,88% dan mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar -5,27%;
3. Animal or vegetable fats and oils and their cleavage products and prepared edible fats USD 116,47 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 9,53% dan mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar -24,22%; 4. Wood and articles of wood; wood charcoal sebesar USD
115,05 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 9,49% dan mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar -13,01%;

10. Electrical machinery and equipment and parts thereof; sound recorders and reproducers, television senilai USD 22,63 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 1,85% dan mengalami pertumbuhan positif sebesar -0,67%;
11. Plastics and articles thereof senilai USD 22,35 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 1,83%; 12. Organic chemicals senilai USD 21,26 Juta, dengan
kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 1,74% dan mengalami penurunan pertumbuhan sebesar -2,97%; 13. Articles of iron or steel senilai USD 20,99 Juta, dengan
kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 9,53%;
14. Preparations of cereals, flour, starch or milk; pastrycooks' products senilai USD 19,18 Juta, dengan kontribusi terhadap total ekspor sebesar 1,57%, dan mengalami pertumbuhan positif sebesar 24,14%; dan
15. Articles of apparel and clothing accessories, not knitted or crocheted senilai USD 18,81 Juta, dengan kontribusi

terhadap total ekspor sebesar 1,54% dan mengalami pertumbuhan positif sebesar 11,89%.

Selaras dengan tren nilai ekspor ke Saudi Arabia, nilai impor Indonesia dari Saudi Arabia juga mengalami tren penurunan sebesar -6,23% selama periode tahun 2014-2018, dimana nilai impor Indonesia pada tahun 2014 sebesar USD 6,52 Miliar sedangkan pada tahun 2018 menurun menjadi USD USD 4,91 Miliar. Dari semua produk dalam kategori HS 2 Digit, diketahui bahwa kontribusi 15 (lima belas) produk impor terbesar mencapai 99,78% sedangkan kontribusi produk lainnya sebesar 0,22% saja.
