REPORT:

The following schedule of fees and charges has been prepared after review of market rates, previous trading results and allowance for anticipated movements in trading conditions.

GST, where applicable, is included at the appropriate rate in all of the prices.

The proposed fees include the elimination of the 1 to 6 night rate in favour of introducing a 1 to 2 night rate. This structure recognises that offering a price incentive that commences when stays amount to a week or more is out of kilter with the current trend for short stay breaks. It is hoped the price incentive being available on the third night will encourage “long weekend getaways”.

Extra person rates are also increased by $1 per night, which is the first movement for some years.

Christmas and Easter (Peak) reservation deposits are recommended to remain at the rate of 4 nights at the 3–27 night rate for the product booked. Christmas and Easter bookings for periods less than 4 nights are to be paid in full at time of making the reservation.

Seasonal periods for the year 1 July 2002 to 30 June 2003 are:-

a. Christmas: Saturday 21 December 2002 to Friday 24 January 2003 inclusive b. Easter: Friday 18 April 2003 to Friday 25 April 2003

c. Winter: Months of June, July and August (where applicable)

d. Off-Peak All periods not included above (where applicable)
