The student is obliged to keep this form with him for the entire duration of the exam. The candidate may not leave the examination room before the end of the examination period without the invigilator's permission. In case the candidate fails to show cause, the Director may impose any penalty provided in this rule.
Rules 103 The Academic Council classifies each result in terms of the pass assessment as set out in Part VI I of these regulations. The responsible head of department will send to the relevant Academic Council an overview of the final results of each candidate registered for that course who has nominated themselves for the examination. Except where the Academic Council responsible for the course has decided that further assessment is appropriate before a final result is announced, the student will be given the opportunity to demonstrate to the Registrar reasons why the result should not be withheld.
The Academic Council responsible for the course in which the study1 is enrolled must notify the Registrar of a final result no later than two weeks (or six weeks with the approval of the Academic Boan after the start of the next semester). With the approval of the Academic Council governing the course or a Committee of the Council where the authority has been delegated in terms of Article 40, the results may be released by the Head of Department offering the subject. of the Registrar.

An Academic Council may appoint a committee of the Academic Council to make recommendations to the Academic Council. A request for readmission after exclusion must be submitted in writing to the Registrar no later than two months before the start of the semester for which readmission is requested. Under the overall control of the Director and the Institute Council, the Chief Librarian shall: -.
The hours during which the library is open are, subject to approval by the director, prescribed by the head librarian and posted at the entrance to the library. With the permission of the head librarian, full-time academic staff may, for one semester only, borrow books necessary for course or subject planning. Union Fees means such fees as may be prescribed by the Council for membership of the Queensland Institute of Technology Union.
A student who officially notifies the secretary in writing of the withdrawal of his enrollment no later than six weeks after the first day of the semester, is entitled to a refund of the paid membership fee. The student is required to pay only one deposit, regardless of the number of courses included in the enrollment. For a vehicle parking violation, the director can revoke the permit for a certain period of time or for the rest of the academic year.
For a violation by a person who does not have a parking permit, when parking a vehicle, the director can order the removal of the vehicle from the premises of the institution, and the person is obliged to pay the costs of removal.
ADMISSION POLICY
If any post remains after the above preference has been given, second preference may be given to candidates who are Commonwealth civil servants or Queensland civil servants in offices not listed above and who can demonstrate that the duties they perform make it desirable , that they are enrolled in the course. Applicants who meet the priority category must submit appropriate documentary evidence to the Institute and Queensland Tertiary Admission Center before their application will be given priority. In the Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiography subject, places in the quota are only offered to candidates who meet the academic requirements for enrollment and have obtained a cadetship or other form of appropriate training in an approved department or practice.
In the Bachelor of Business (Health Administration) external course preference is given to candidates residing outside the Brisbane Statistical Region. For the purpose of assessing entry and selecting the quota for undergraduate courses, the Institute will award a Notional Tertiary Entrance Score (NTE) to all applicants, excluding those completing Grade 12 in a Queensland secondary school in the year immediately preceding the year in which entry is sought. Such notional tertiary entry scores are calculated on the basis of the results achieved in relevant examinations or by assessing a combination of previous academic results and other relevant evidence (for example, work experience relevant to the course to which the applicant seeks entry). ii) Conversion of Queensland results into notional tertiary entry scores for other than current Grade 12 students. a) Where an applicant relies on qualifications obtained in the State of Queensland arising from.
In both cases, a Notionci Tertiary Admission Score will be calculated based on the applicant's best results in five different subjects, and applied to the year in which the last examination was taken. For the purpose of screening applicants for admission to undergraduate courses, presumed tertiary admission scores are assigned to all applicants, except current grade 12 students and applicants referred to in (ii) above, on such basis. 2. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant excluded from any course within a tertiary institution c who becomes liable for such exclusion while his application is being considered.
ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS
As entry requirements vary widely depending on the nature of the course, details are listed in the course rules relating to the particular course 4. The only certificate courses for which there will be a new entry i1 1980 are the Certificate in Cartography and Certificate in Civil Engineering (Laboratory Technician track). All applicants must meet the prerequisite subject requirements set out in Tables 2 and 3, except that applicants relying on Higher Examination results taken before 1967 will be deemed to meet the requirements if they have obtained the equivalent of a score of 3 in any necessary money.
For these courses, in addition to meeting the above academic requirements, the student must have obtained a cadetship from a recognized radiology department or from a specialist radiologist. While the academic segment of this course does not start until the second semester, applications must be submitted by the October closing date and registration forms submitted by the first semester registration closing date. Part-time or external law applicants who fall under the special selection provisions listed in the Admissions Policy section must provide documentation of employment from the prospective employer guaranteeing that they will be employed on or before January 4.
No quota preference will be given until the institute receives such evidence in an acceptable form and all such evidence must be sent by the applicant to the Registrar, QIT, as early as possible to facilitate the offer of a quota place. While the academic segment of this course does not begin until the second semester, applications must be submitted by the mid-October closing date and enrollment forms submitted by the first semester enrollment closing date. Full-time or part-time law applicants who fall under special selection provisions listed in the admissions policy must provide documentation from the employer of employment or from the prospective employer guaranteeing that they will be employed on or before February 4. .
