LEMBAR PENJELASAN KEPADA CALON SUBJEK
Selamat pagi/siang Bapak/Ibu, pada hari ini, saya, dr. Enny Marziah akan
melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “ Hubungan Antara Rasio Trombosit
Limfosit Dengan Penyempitan Pembuluh Darah Pada Penyakit Jantung Koroner
“ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan antara rasio
trombosit limfosit dengan persentase penyempitan pemmbuluh darah Bapak/Ibu.
Manfaatnya adalah untuk memprediksi penyempitan pembuluh darah yang di
alami oleh Bapak/Ibu sebelum dilakukan tindakan Angiografi, sehingga dapat
memperbaiki penangan dan terapi lanjutan Bapak/Ibu.
Pada Bapak/Ibu yang bersedia mengikuti penelitian ini, nantinya akan
diharuskan mengisi surat persetujuan ikut dalam penelitian, wawancara Bapak/Ibu
Mengenai penyakit yang dialami, dan dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik secara
menyeluruh. Bapak/Ibu nantinya akan juga diminta melakukan pemeriksaan darah,
yang dilakukan oleh saya sendiri, dengan menggunakan alat vacuntainer, yang
saya bawa sendiri. Darah akan saya ambil dari pembuluh darah lengan sebanyak 3
cc, dimana terlebih dahulu daerah lengan yang akan laukan pengambulan darah,
akan saya sterilkan terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan alkohol. Pemeriksaan
darah ini dilakukan untuk menilai jumlah trombosit dan limfosit Bapak/Ibu. Biaya
pemeriksaan ditanggung oleh saya, peneliti sendiri, tanpa dibebankan kepada
Bapak/Ibu
