STEPS TO CERTIFICATION AUDIT
1. Board briefing and decision to proceed with program 2. Introductory session and diagnostic audit.
3. Awareness & recruitment of lead farmers 4. RA trains the Factory Staff and Lead Farmers
5. Factory management & team train farmers on requirements 6. Lead farmers train on safe handling + PPE recruitment
7. Lead farmers do internal inspections on all farms 8. Factory management and team do final check 9. Apply for audit
10.External audit
Process may take + or - 6 months (depends on implementation team)
