Note: The amendments to articles 24 and 25 of the Constitution of the World Health Organization were adopted by the Thirty-ninth World Health Assembly by resolution WHA 39.6 of 12 May 1986.

In accordance with article 73 of the Constitution, amendments come into force for all Members when adopted by a two-thirds vote of the Health Assembly and accepted by two-two-thirds of the Members in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. Following is the list of States which have accepted the amendments prior to the entry into force of the amendments.
