FAKTOR PRODUKSI:
Faktor produksi (Inputs) adalah sumberdaya yang
digunakan dalam proses produksi untuk
menghasilkan barang atau jasa.
Input dapat berupa input tetap (fixed inputs) dan
input variabel (variable inputs).
Input tetap adalah input yang sifatnya tidak habis
dipakai dalam satu proses produksi serta relatif tidak dipengaruhi oleh jumlah produk yang dihasilkan.
Input variabel adalah input yang sifatnya habis
dipakai dalam satu periode produksi, serta besar penggunaannya sangat berkaitan dengan jumlah
produk yang dihasilkan 3

Fungsi produksi adalah suatu fungsi yang menunjukkan hubungan teknis antara input dan output pada periode waktu dan tingkat teknologi tertentu

Spesifikasi variabel yang keliru akan menghasilkan
elastisitas produksi yang negatif atau nilainya terlalu besar atau terlalu kecil.
Kesalahan pengukuran variabel ini terletak pada validitas
data, apakah data yang dipakai sudah benar, terlalu ekstrim ke atas atau sebaliknya. Kesalahan pengukuran ini akan menyebabkan besaran elastisitas menjadi terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah.
Dalam praktek, faktor manajemen merupakan faktor yang
