Abstract
The application of conventional learning methods that are teacher center is just learning process centered on the teacher so that students are less active in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning methods can enhance the activity of students in the learning of logic functions in Microsoft Excel 2007. This research uses quasi-experimental research design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results showed an average improvement of student learning outcomes experimental class is higher than the control class. While the observations with the adoption of Contextual Teaching and Learning categorized either covering aspects of modeling, questioning, learning community, inquiry, constructivism, and reflection, so the method of Contextual Teaching and Learning effectively used in learning logic functions in Microsoft Excel 2007.

Abstrak
Penerapan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang bersifat teacher center yaitu proses pembelajaran hanya berpusat pada guru sehingga siswa kurang aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan metode
