EXPORT CHECK PRICES OF SAND, WOOD AND RATTAN FOR THE APRIL-JUNE PERIOD

In connection with the expiration of validity of Export Check Prices (HPE) of sand, wood and rattan for the January-March 2002 period as stipulated in the Letter of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. 36/DJPLN/I/2002 dated January 24, 2002, the new HPE of sand, wood and rattan for The April-June 2002 period are stipulated (enclosed).
Since export of sea sand is provisionally banned in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 2/2002 dated March 13, 2002, HPE of sea sand is not stipulated provisionally.
In relation thereto, we request for your assistance to inform it to Customs and Excise Service Offices throughout Indonesia as the basis for stipulating export tax on the said commodities.
