This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of the use of flour shrimp waste (TLU) with filtrate water treatment husk ash (FAAS) and fermentation of EM-4 in the ration on body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion peking duck. The design used was completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment consists of P0 (0% shrimp meal, 10% fish meal), P1 (2.5% flour shrimp, fish meal 7.5%), P2 (5% shrimps flour, 5% fish meal), P3 (7, 5% shrimp meal, fish meal 2.5%), P4 (10% flour shrimp, 0% fish meal). Parameters studied were feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion.
The results showed the average consumption (g / head / week) P0; 158.77, P1; 157.33, P2; 157.95, P3; P4 151.54; 149.34. Mean body weight gain (g / bird / day) P0; 202.91, P1; 198.71, P2; 196.78, P3; P4 197.92; 200.88. The average feed conversion P0; 2.03, P1; 1.99, P2; 1.94, P3; 1.94 and P4; 1.90. ANOVA results showed that the treatment was not significant effect on feed intake, body weight gain and feed conversion (P> 0.05). Kesimpulanya is that the shrimp waste flour can be used in rations up to the level of 10% for the peking duck.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan tepung limbah udang (TLU) dengan pengolahan filtrat air abu sekam (FAAS) serta fermentasi EM-4 dalam ransum terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi ransum dan konversi ransum itik peking. Rancangan yang dipakai adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 (0% tepung udang, 10% tepung ikan), P1 (2,5% tepung udang, 7,5% tepung ikan), P2 (5% tepung udang, 5% tepung ikan), P3 (7,5% tepung udang, 2,5% tepung ikan), P4 (10% tepung udang, 0% tepung ikan). Parameter yang diteliti adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rataan konsumsi (g/ekor/minggu) P0;158,77, P1;157,33, P2;157,95, P3;151,54 dan P4;149,34. Rataan pertambahan bobot badan (g/ekor/hari) P0;202,91, P1;198,71, P2;196,78, P3;197,92 dan P4;200,88. Rataan konversi ransum P0;2,03, P1;1,99, P2;1,94, P3;1,94 dan P4;1,90. Hasil anova menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi ransum (P>0,05). Kesimpulanya adalah bahwa tepung limbah udang dapat digunakan dalam ransum hingga level 10% untuk itik peking.
