Abstraksi
“Mempertahankan Keberlangsungan Usaha dengan Semangat Tinggi dan Kerjasama”
“Mempertahankan Keberlangsungan Usaha dengan Semangat Tinggi dan Kerjasama” adalah tema yang dipilih dalam penyusunan Annual Report tahun 2014. Tema ini mengandung 3 nilai utama yakni “keberlangsungan usaha”, “semangat” dan ”kerjasama”. Keberlangsungan usaha adalah cita-cita dan tekad dari segenap insan PT. PIM yang sudah tertanam kuat di dalam usaha setiap karyawan dalam mempertahankan eksistensi PT PIM sebagai entity business. Hal ini semakin tertanam kuat di hati setiap karyawan sejak PT PIM menetapkan transformasi perusahaan pada 13 Februari 2013.
“Semangat” dan “kerjasama” adalah dua dari lima tata nilai PT PIM yang disebutkan dalam “SPIKE” dan merupakan hasil eksplorasi nilai yang dilakukan pada tahun 2013, yang selanjutnya disepakati oleh segenap unsur manajemen PT PIM sebagai “transformasi budaya”. Setelah 33 tahun PT PIM beroperasi sebagai sebuah entitas bisnis, banyak pengalaman korporasi yang telah menjadikan PT PIM mengharuskan menata ulang strategi bisnisnya. Prospek usaha ke depan yang berhubungan dengan kinerja makro ekonomi Indonesia tahun 2014 yang tetap stabil dengan pertumbuhan di atas 5 % yakni 5,02 % dan dihubungkan dengan ekonomi global ikut mempengaruhi strategi bisnis PT PIM. Disamping itu segala usaha manejemen dalam kurun waktu terjadinya krisis bahan baku gas tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2013 ikut mempengaruhi segala kebijakan dan strategi yang akan ditetapkan ke depan.
Pada tahun 2014, menyesuaikan dengan lingkungan bisnis yang berkembang antara lain telah diperolehnya jaminan pasokan kebutuhan 1 pabrik sampai dengan tahun 2027 dan berubahnya asumsi sesuai ekonomi global serta rencana pengembangan usaha ke depan yang akan beroperasi hanya 1 pabrik, PT PIM telah melakukan review atas Rencana Jangka Perusahaan (RJP) 2011-2015 menjadi RJP 2015-2019. Substansi RJP 2015-2019 antara lain menggariskan fase kunci 5 tahun ke depan, yang berkarakteristik akan terjadi perubahan core product dari urea ke ammonia ditambah beberapa pengembangan usaha diversifikasi antara lain; pembangunan pabrik NPK, pabrik asam sulpat, asam pospat, produk alsintani, benih padi, dll.
Abstraction
“Maintaining Business Continuity with high spirit and team work”
“Maintaining Business Continuity with High Spirit and Team work” was chosen as the theme of Annual Report for the year 2014. The theme contains 3 main value which are “Business Continuity”, “Spirit” dan “Team work”. Business continuity is the idea and resolution of all employees of PT. PIM which has been strongly expressed in the effort of all employee in maintaining the existence of PT PIM as a business entity. Business continuity has been in the heart of every employee since PT PIM set the company transformation on 13th of February 2013.
“Spirit” and “Teamwork” are two of the five Values of PT PIM which were mentioned in “SPIKE” and they were the result of corporate values explored by the team, conducted in 2013, then agreed by the management of PT PIM as a “culture transformation”. After 33 years of operation as a business entity, PT PIM has possessed a lot of experiences which require PT PIM to rearrange its business strategies. The upcoming business prospect which is related to the Indonesia macro economic performance in the year 2014, a stable growth above 5% or 5.02% and related to the global economic, affected the business strategy of PT PIM. In addition, all the efforts of the management during the crisis period related to gas supply in 2003 until 2013 also affected the next policy and strategy.
Adapting with the growing business environment such as guaranteed gas supply for 1 plan until 2027 and change of assumption based on the global economic as well as the plan of the next business development which only 1 plant in operation, the company has reviewed its 2011-2015 long term plan (LTP) into 2015-2019 LTP. The substance on of 2015-2019 LTP underlined, among others, key phases of next 5 years, with the characteristic there will be change of production of core product from urea to ammonia and development of some other business diversification such as; NPK plant development, sulphate acid plant, phosphate acid plant, alsintani products, rice seeds, etc.

LAPORAN TAHUNAN Annual Report 2014Mark Granovetter (sosiolog Amerika Serikat), melukiskan adanya hubungan yang erat atau keterlekatan antara individu perilaku ekonomi dalam sebuah entitas baik secara relasional maupun struktural yang pada akhirnya melahirkan motif atau sikap kolektif. Secara positif, upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh seluruh komponen manajemen PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, menunjukkan bahwa untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha tidak hanya sebatas keinginan, melainkan sudah menjadi tekad semangat dan kerjasama, yang merupakan 2 (dua) unsur dari keseluruhan unsur Tata Nilai Perusahaan atau yang disebut dengan “SPIKE” (Semangat-Peduli Pelanggan-Integritas-Kerjasama dan Effisien).
Sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan di dalam SK No. 47 /SK/DUIM/III/2013 tentang Tata Nilai Perusahaan pada program transformasi budaya perusahaan, “semangat” adalah sikap yakin berusaha dan pantang menyerah dalam menghadapi segala tantangan untuk mencapai kejayaan”, ‘kerjasama’ adalah sikap bersatu mencapai tujuan untuk memberikan hasil terbaik dengan saling menghargai kelebihan dan kekurangan anggota tim”.

Positively, the efforts undertaken by all components of the management of PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, shows that maintaining business continuity is not merely a desire, but has become a spirit of determination and team work, which are 2 (two) elements of the overall elements of the Company’s Values called “SPIKE” (Spirit – Customer Care – Integrity –Teamwork and efficient).
In accordance with Decree No. 47 / SK / DUIM / III / 2013 related value of the corporate culture on transformation program, “spirit” is the behavior of trying and never give up in to face of all challenges to achieve greatness, ‘teamwork’ is the attitude to work together in reaching goals to deliver the best results with respect to each other by realizing the strengths and weaknesses of the team.“

Peresmian Pabrik Urea PIM oleh Presiden RI Soeharto 20 Maret 1985
PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda adalah salah satu badan usaha anak perusahaan PT Pupuk
Indonesia (Persero) yang bergerak di bidang industri pupuk urea dan industri kimia
lainnya. PT PIM merupakan pabrik pupuk urea pertama di Indonesia yang dibangun
oleh putra-putri Indonesia melalui kontraktor nasional PT Rekayasa Industri.
Diresmikan oleh Presiden RI Soeharto pada tanggal 20 Maret 1985.
PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda is a subsidiary of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) engaging in
manufacturing urea and other chemical industries. PT PIM is the first urea fertilizer
plant in Indonesia built by Indonesian through national contractors, PT. Rekayasa
Industri. Inaugurated by President Soeharto on March 20, 1985.
PT PIM didirikan berdasarkan Akte Notaris Soeleman Ardjasasmita, SH nomor 54 pada tanggal 24 Februari 1982 dan telah beberapa kali disempurnakan, terakhir dengan Akta Notaris Nanda Fauzi, SH, MKn nomor 2 tanggal 3 Juli 2012. Penetapan lokasi pembangunan pabrik PT PIM di Aceh Utara berdasarkan faktor ketersediaan cadangan gas bumi sebagai sumber bahan baku, fasilitas water intake dan adanya sarana pelabuhan sebagai tempat bongkar muat peralatan pabrik, serta letaknya yang sangat strategis dengan negara tujuan ekspor.
Pada saat ini PT PIM memiliki dua unit pabrik pupuk urea dan ammonia, yaitu pabrik PIM-1 dan PIM-2. Pabrik PIM-1 dengan kapasitas produksi Ammonia sebesar 330.000 ton per tahun dan Urea sebesar 570.000 ton per tahun merupakan pabrik urea ke 11 di Indonesia dan pabrik urea kedua di Provinsi Aceh, dibangun sejak tahun 1982 sampai dengan tahun 1984, diresmikan pada tanggal 20 Maret 1985 dan beroperasi secara komersil sejak tanggal 1 April 1985.
Pabrik PIM-2 dengan kapasitas produksi Ammonia sebesar 396.000 ton per tahun dan Urea 570.000 ton per tahun mulai dibangun sejak tanggal 23 Maret 1999 yang semula direncanakan dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 33 bulan, namun dalam pelaksanaannya mengalami beberapa kali penundaan karena kondisi keamanan lingkungan di Aceh yang tidak kondusif. Akibatnya, penyelesaian pembangunan pabrik PIM-2 tertunda menjadi 77 bulan yang ditandai dengan Provisional Acceptance yang baru dapat dicapai tanggal 15 Agustus 2005.
PT PIM was established based on the Deed of Notary Soeleman Ardjasasmita, SH number 54 on February 24, 1982 and had been refined several times, most recently by Deed of Nanda Fauzi, SH, Court No. 2 dated July 3, 2012. Site Determination for the construction of PT PIM plant in North Aceh was based on the availability of reserves of natural gas as a source of raw materials, water intake and port facilities as a place of loading and unloading equipment from the factory, as well as a very strategic location for export destinations. Currently, PT PIM has two units of urea and ammonia plant, which is 1 and 2. PIM-1 plant has production capacity of 330,000 tons of ammonia per year and 570,000 tons of urea per year. It is the eleventh urea plant in Indonesia and the second in the province of Aceh, built from 1982 to 1984, inaugurated on March 20, 1985 and has been operating commercially since the date of 1 April 1985.
PIM-2 plant with a production capacity of 396,000 tons of ammonia per year and 570,000 tons of urea per year was built from March 23, 1999. Originally, it was estimated to be completed within 33 months, but due to safety condition, the implementation was delayed. As a result, completion of the construction of factory PIM-2 was delayed to 77 months marked by Provisional Acceptance completed in August 15, 2005.

Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku, pada awalnya PT PIM mengikat kontrak jangka panjang dengan PT Pertamina untuk pasokan gas bumi yang diperoleh dari ladang gas Arun (EMOI) sebagai bahan baku selama 20 tahun yaitu mulai tahun 1984 s.d 2003 dengan harga USD 1,0 /MMBTU. Selama lebih dari 20 tahun bergerak dalam bisnis perpupukan nasional, kinerja PT PIM sangat menonjol, hal ini terlihat dari tingkat produksi yang umumnya melebihi design capacity (570.000 ton per tahun). Kualitas produk sesuai standar nasional internasional dan bahkan pabrik PIM-1 dapat memproduksi urea low biuret, dapat memasarkan semua produk, baik ke dalam maupun keluar negeri yang didukung dengan fasilitas pelabuhan yang memadai, sehingga selalu memperoleh laba yang cukup signifikan. For more than 20 years engaging in the business of national fertilizer, PT PIM performance was very prominent. It is seen from the level of production which generally exceeds the design capacity (570,000 tonnes per year). The product quality conforms to the international national standard and even PIM-1 plant is able to produce urea low biuret, sell its products to national and international market which is supported by sufficient port facility, thus PT PIM always gain a significant profit.

tersebut juga tidak terlepas dari dukungan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi yang cukup dan ketersediaan gas dengan harga yang kompetitif.
Keadaan PT PIM berubah drastis selama 10 tahun terakhir yakni sejak kontrak gas bumi berakhir pada bulan Desember 2003, dimana kemudian PT PIM tidak mendapatkan pasokan gas lagi dalam jumlah yang cukup dan berkesinambungan dan harga yang tetap. Selanjutnya kinerja PT PIM mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan dan tidak mampu mencapai produksi sesuai dengan
design capacity karena suplai gas yang terbatas.
Hal ini terjadi akibat pasokan bahan baku gas bumi yang diperoleh hanya cukup untuk operasional 1 pabrik dan dengan tingkat harga yang paling tinggi di lingkungan industri pupuk nasional sehingga biaya produksi tinggi melampaui harga pasar Urea. Iklim usaha yang ada disekitar lingkungan PT PIM juga telah mempengaruhi kinerja PT PIM untuk dapat tumbuh dan berkembang yakni terjadinya konflik politik di Aceh selama kurun tahun 1998-2006.
Pada tahun 2007 PT PIM mengikat kontrak pengadaan gas yang berasal dari Blok A dimana direncanakan dapat menyuplai gas ke PT PIM mulai tahun 2013 dengan jumlah 110 BBTUD. Namun dengan adanya beberapa kendala suplai gas tersebut menjadi tidak terealisasi. Bila eksplorasi Blok A sesuai schedule maka akan sangat membantu operasional PT PIM sekaligus dapat menjamin ketersediaan pupuk untuk program ketahanan pangan di wilayah rayon pemasaran PIM. Gas Blok A yang dimiliki Medco EP Malaka sebelumnya adalah milik Asamera Oil kemudian diambil alih oleh Gulf Resources Aceh, selanjutnya kepemilikannya beralih ke ExxonMobil Oil (EMOI) sebesar 50% working interest. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya Gulf Resouces Aceh diakuisisi oleh Conoco Philips yang bertindak sebagai operator, selanjutnya Medco E&P Malaka (Medco) bersama Primier Oil dan Japex mengambil alih saham EMOI dan Conoco Philips.
Tahun 2003 sampai dengan saat ini, pasokan gas PIM berasal dari pembelian langsung antara lain melalui EMOI dalam jumlah yang terbatas dan dari berbagai sumber seperti: Swap PT Pupuk Kaltim, Easkal PSC dan BP Tangguh dengan harga yang bervariasi dan relatif tinggi. Hal ini telah menyebabkan kedua pabrik PIM tidak dapat beroperasi secara maksimal. Dampak dari hal tersebut menyebabkan kinerja perusahaan menjadi terganggu sedangkan kedua pabrik yang dimiliki PT PIM sampai saat ini dalam kondisi baik dan siap untuk dioperasikan.
All the achievements was inseparable from the support from competence human resources and availability of gas at competitive prices.
Since the natural gas contract ended in December 2003, situation at PT PIM has changed dramatically. Over the last 10 years PT PIM has no longer obtained sufficient, continuous, under fixed price gas supplies. Therefore, the performance of PT PIM decreased significantly and was not able to achieve production in accordance with the design capacity. This happens due to the supply of natural gas feedstock obtained was only sufficient for one plant operational, and with the highest price levels in the national fertilizer industry, that high production costs exceed the market price of urea. Political conflict in Aceh in 1998 – 2006 has also contributed to the situation and business climate around PT PIM environment.
In 2007 PT PIM signed gas supply contract that came from Block A which was planned to supply gas to PT PIM started in 2013 for 110 BBTUD. However, due to several constraints, the gas supply was not reachted. Should the exploration of Block A run based on the schedule, it will be very helpful for the operations of PT PIM as well as to ensure availability of fertilizers to food security programs in the area of marketing rayon of PIM. Block A gas owned by Medco EP Malaka previously was owned by Asamera Oil which was then taken over by Gulf Resources Aceh, the ownership switch next to ExxonMobil Oil (EMOI) of 50% working interest. In a further development Aceh Gulf Resouces was acquired by Conoco Philips acting as operator, hereinafter Medco E & P Malaka (Medco) together with Primier Oil and Japex that took over shares of the EMOI and Conoco Philips.
From 2003 till present, gas supply to PIM comes from direct purchases, among others, from EMOI in limited quantities and from a variety of sources such as: Swap PT Pupuk Kaltim , Easkal PSC and BP Tangguh with varying prices and relatively high. This situation has caused both plants can not operate optimally. The impact of that led to disrupted company’s performance while both of the plants owned by PT PIM are in good condition and ready for operation until today.

Since the end of 2014, PT PIM have got a chance to get a tail gas contract from the excess of EMOI production from the Arun gas field operations for the needs of one plant from the year 2014-2018. On January 27, 2015 PT PIM has signed a gas supply contract with PT Pertamina for a period of 10 years ie from year 2017 to 2027. Gas supply contract from PT Pertamina will be obtained from East Aceh Block A which is operated by Medco EP Malaka with a volume only enough to supply for 1 plant operations.
With long-term gas supply guarantee from EMOI and PT Pertamina that ensure business continuity, from 2015, PT PIM will determine the direction of its business including product diversification. By 2015 PT PIM will launch business expansion towards product diversification to anticipate low market price of urea at about USD 320 per tonne for 10 years. It is aslo to anticipate any changes in the business environment including the enactment of changes in fertilizer subsidy policy of indirect subsidies into direct subsidies to farmers. Sejak akhir tahun 2014, PT PIM sudah mendapat
peluang untuk mendapatkan kontrak tail gas yang merupakan sisa produksi EMOI dari ladang gas Arun untuk kebutuhan operasi 1 pabrik dari tahun 2014-2018. Pada tanggal 27 Januari 2015 PT PIM telah menandatangani kontrak pengadaan gas dengan PT Pertamina untuk jangka waktu 10 tahun yakni dari tahun 2017-2027. Kontrak pasokan gas dari PT Pertamina akan diperoleh dari Blok A Aceh Timur yang dioperasikan oleh Medco EP Malaka dengan volume hanya cukup untuk operasional 1 pabrik.
Dengan sudah adanya jaminan suplai gas jangka panjang dari EMOI dan PT Pertamina yang menjamin keberlangsungan usaha, maka dimulai tahun 2015 PT PIM akan menentukan arah bisnisnya mencakup diversifikasi produk. Pada tahun 2015 PT PIM akan mencanangkan ekspansi usaha ke arah diversifikasi produk dengan alasan untuk mengantisipasi harga pasar Urea yang diprediksi relatif rendah sekitar USD 320 per ton untuk 10 tahun ke depan. Hal ini sekaligus untuk mengantisipasi setiap perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang terjadi termasuk dengan akan diberlakukannya perubahan kebijakan subsidi pupuk dari subsidi tidak langsung menjadi subsidi langsung ke petani.

To process certain raw material to be the usefull main product to produce fertilizer of petrochemical, agrochemical and other chemical material as well as to process the main product to be various fertilizer and other chemical and its descendant.

Pabrik Amoniak
Menghasilkan amoniak dengan bahan baku utama gas bumi, uap air, dan udara. PT PIM memiliki dua unit pabrik amoniak, yaitu Pabrik Amoniak PIM dengan kapasitas produksi 386.000 ton per tahun dan Pabrik Amoniak PIM dengan kapasitas produksi 396.000 ton per tahun. Teknologi yang digunakan pada kedua Pabrik Amoniak merupakan teknologi dari Kellog Amerika.
Pabrik Urea
Menghasilkan urea dengan bahan baku amoniak dan gas karbon dioksida (CO2). Gas CO2 merupakan produk samping dari pabrik amoniak. PT PIM memiliki dua pabrik urea, yakni Pabrik Urea Pim-1 dengan kapasitas produksi urea prill sebanyak 570.000 ton per tahun dan Pabrik Urea Pim-2 dengan kapasistas produksi urea granul sebanyak 570.000 ton per tahun. Teknologi yang digunakan pada Pabrik Urea Pim-1 adalah Teknologi Mitsui Toatsu dari Jepang, dan Pabrik Urea Pim-2 menggunakan teknologi dari Toyo Acces dari Jepang.
Pabrik Utilitas
Penyedia kebutuhan utilitas Pabrik Amoniak dan Pabrik Urea yang terdiri dari unit penyedia air (water intake), unit water treatment, unit desalinasi, Instrument Air dan Plant Air, Unit Demineralisasi, Unit Cooling Water System, Unit Pembangkit Listrik dan unit pembangkit uap air. Unit-unit ini terintegrasi antara satu pabrik dengan pabrik lainnya.
Ammonia Plant
To produce ammonia with the natural gas, steam, water and air as main raw material. PT PIM has two units of ammonia plants which are PIM Ammonia plant with the production capacity of 386,000 ton per year and PIM Ammonia Plant with the production capacity of 396,000 ton per year. The technology used by both ammonia plants is from Kellog United State.
Urea Plant
Produces urea from raw materials ammonia and carbon dioxide (CO2). CO2 is a byproduct of the ammonia plant. PT PIM has two urea plant, the Pim-1 urea plant with a production capacity of urea prill as much as 570,000 tons per year and Pim-2 Urea Plant with a production capacity of as much as 570,000 tons of granular urea per year. The technology used in the Urea Plant Pim-1 is Mitsui Toatsu of japan, and Urea Plant Pim-2 uses the technology of Toyo Access of Japan.
Utility Plant
To Provide utility requirement of Ammonia and urea plants from water intake unit, water treatment unit, desalination unit, Instrument Air and Plant Air, Demineralisation unit, Cooling Tower System unit, electric power and steam power plant. Those units are integrated from one plant to another.

Pertama sekali Sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9000:2000 diperoleh dari badan sertifikasi SGS-ICS melalui assesment pada audit tanggal 12 Mei 1997. Pada tanggal 17 Juli 2000 perusahaan berhasil mempertahankan dan memperpanjang masa berlaku sertifikat yang diperoleh melalui renewal audit ISO 9001:2000 versi new standard pada tanggat 16 Juli 2003 dan selanjutnya pelaksanaan Surveilance Audit 3 dan 4 pada tanggal 09-10 September 2004.
Sertifikat Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan ISO 14001:1996 diperoleh dari badan sertifikasi Sucofindo ICS melalui Compliance Audit pada tanggal 21 Oktober 1998, selanjutnya mempertahankan dan memperpanjang melalui Renewal Audit pada tanggal 13 Maret 2002 dan selanjutnya Surveilance Audit pada tanggal 02 September 2004.
Implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3 yang mengacu pada Permenaker Nomor PER-051/ MEN/1996 tentang Pedoman Penerapan Sistem Manajemen K3 telah memperoleh sertifikasi melalui Compliance Audit pada tanggal 23 Maret
At the beginning, the certificate of Quality Man-agement System, ISO 9000:2000 was obtained from certification agency SGS - ICS through as-sessment on 12 May 1997. On 17 July 2000 the company succeeded in maintaining and extending the validity of the obtained certificate through renewal audit ISO 9001:2000 , new version standard on 16 July 2003 and furthermore the Au-dit surveillance implemen- tation 3 and 4 on 09 - 10 September 2004.
Certificate of Environmental Management System ISO 14001:1996 was obtained from Certification agency Sucofindo ICS through Compliance Audit on 12 October 1998, later maintained and extend-ed through Renewal Audit on 13 March 2002 and 02 September 2004.

1998 dan mempertahankannya pada triennial audit tanggal 11 November 2002.
Sertifikat tersebut di atas sejak tahun 2005 tidak diperpanjang karena kondisi perusahaan yang mengalami kesulitan bahan baku gas alam, walaupun secara operasional ketiga sistem tersebut tetap diaplikasikan.
Guna memaksimalkan efektifitas penerapan berbagai Sistem Manajemen yang memenuhi standar sistem manajemen yang implementatif, terdokumentasi dan terukur untuk pencapaian Visi dan Misi perusahaan, maka sejak 1 Pebruari 2012 seluruh sistem manajemen yang ada di perusahaan terutama Sistem Manajemen Mutu (1SO 9001:2008), Sistem Manajemen Lingkungan (ISO-14001:2004) dan SMK-3: PP 50 2012 sesuai perlu diterapkan secara terintegrasi baik dalam hal pengendalian operasional sistem, audit dan pengukuran efektifitas sistem, maupun tindakan koreksi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi (SMT) di perusahaan dilakukan melalui 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu Perencanaan, Pengembangan Sistem, implementasi dan audit.
Disamping penerapan SMT, PT PIM juga menerapkan sistem kinerja berbasis Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) atau Kriteria Penilaian Kinerja Unggul (KPKU) yang secara berkala dilakukan assessment oleh pihak ketiga guna mendapatkan penilaian posisi perusahaan sebagai salah satu tolok ukur Tingkat Pencapaian Kinerja Perusahaan yang diterapkan dalam lingkungan BUMN. Hasil Asesment KPKU tahun 2014 PIM berhasil pindah ke band Good Performance dengan Skor 479,75, dari nilai sebelumnya tahun 2013 dengan skor 464 kategori Early Improvement.
Selain Implementasi KPKU, sampai dengan saat ini perusahaan juga telah menerapkan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik atau Good Coorporate Governance (GCG) yang secara berkala dilakukan assessment oleh BPKP, Sistem Manajemen Produksi (SIMPRO), Process Safety Management (PSM) dan Sistem Continuous Improvement melalui Gugus Kendali Mutu (GKM).
Hasil Self Assessment GCG tahun 2014 oleh Tim Penilai dari PIHC, PT PIM memperoleh Nilai Implementasi GCG dengan predikat Baik (skor: 76,27), dari nilai sebelumnya pada tahun 2013 dengan skor 71,403 kategori Cukup Baik.

The Above mentioned certificate since 2005 was not renewed because the company has been ex-periencing difficulties in obtaining raw ma- terials of natural gas, although it still managed to con-tinue the operation of all the three systems. In order to maximize the effectiveness of the im- plementation of the various Management System that meets the standards of implementable man- agement system, documented and measured for the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the company, since February 1, 2012, all exist-ing management systems in companies principally Quality Management System (1SO 9001: 2008), Systems Environmental Management (ISO-14001: 2004) and SMK-3: PP 50 in 2012 needs to be ap-plied in an integrated way both in terms of opera-tional control systems, auditing and meas- ur-ing the effectiveness of the system, as well as corrective action and continuous improvement. Implementation of Integrated Management Sys- tem (SMT) in the company is done through four (4) phases, namely Planning, System Development, implementation and auditing.
Besides the implementation of SMT, PT PIM also applying performance systems based on the Mal-colm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) or Superior Performance Assessment Cri-teria (KPKU) which regularly conducts assessment by a third party in order to get an assessment of the company’s position as one of the benchmarks Level Performance Achievement companies that are applied within the SOE. KPKU assessment re-sults from 2014 states that the PIM managed to move to the band Good Performance by reaching Score 479.75, from the previous value in 2013 with a score of 464 as the Early Improvement category. Apart from the implementation of KPKU, up to now the company has also adopted Corporate Govern- ance of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), regu-larly applied BPKP for performance assessment, duction Management System (SIMPRO), Pro-cess Safety Management (PSM) and Continuous System Improvement through the Quality Circles (QCC).
The self assessment result of GCG year 2014 by the assessment team from PIHC, PT PIM obtained GCG implementation grade with Good predicate (score: 76.27), the previous score in 2013 was 71.403 with Fair category.
