PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PELAYANAN KESEJAHTERAAN DAN PROMOSI JABATAN TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT.
JAMSOSTEK (PERSERO) CABANG MEDAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Kesejahteraan dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh/sensus, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan sebanyak 43 orang. Pengujian Hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Kesejahteraan dan variabel Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan. Pada pengujian serentak (Uji F) diketahui bahwa variabel Pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Kesejahteraan dan Promosei Jabatan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan. Pada pengujian secara parsial (Uji t) diketahui bahwa variabel Program Kesejahteraan berpengaruh dominan terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R square) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,695 berarti 69,5%. Semangat Kerja Karyawan sebagai variabel terikat dapat dijelaskan oleh Pelaksanaan Program Pelayanan Kesejahteraan dan Promosi Jabatan sebagai variabel bebas. Sedangkan sisanya 30,5% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini seperti budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, pelatihan.

ABSTRACT
THE INFLUENCE IMPLEMENTATION OF WALFARE PROGRAMS AND JOB PROMOTION ON THE EMPLOYEE WORK SPIRIT OF PT. JAMSOSTEK (PERSERO)
CABANG MEDAN
The purpose of this research was to indentify and to analyze the influence of Walfare Programs and Job Promotion of the Employee Work Spirit of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan. The population in this research was the employees worked at PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan as much as 43 employees. The sampling method was sensus sampling, in which all population were chosen to be sample with based on certain criteria. The sample criteria in this research was the employees worked at PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan as much as 43 employees. Hypotesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis method.
The result of this riset showed that there was the positive and significance influence of Walfare Programs and Job Promotion of the Employee Work Spirit of PT. Jamsostek (Persero) Cabang Medan. On simultaneous test (F-test), it was discovered that both of Walfare Programs and Job Promotion variables influence positively and significance on the Employee Work Spirit. On parsial testing (t-test) it was found that Walfare Programs Variable had the most dominan influence on the Employee Work Spirit. Trought adjusted determination coefficient testing (Adjusted R Square) it was acquired the value of 0,695 which means 69,5% of the Employee Work Spirit has dependent variable could be explained by Walfare Programs and Job Promotion has independent variable. While the rest 30,5% could be explained by other which were not studied in this research such as organization culture, job motivation and training.
