Sebagian besar karyawan Perum BULOG berada pada Non Jenjang, yaitu pelaksana dan petugas, antara lain kasir, sekretaris, koordinator lapangan, petugas kas, petugas absensi, jurtim, kerani, admin gudang, petugas perawatan, petugas admin, petugas persediaan, petugas distribusi, petugas operasional, petugas penyimpanan, petugas administrasi, petugas penjualan, dan petugas keuangan. Terdapat penurunan cukup signifi kan pada karyawan pada Non Jenjang, dimana hal tersebut terjadi karena terdapat karyawan yang memasuki Batas Usia Pensiun (BUP), meninggal dunia, dan mengundurkan diri dari Perusahaan.

Sebagian besar karyawan Perum BULOG merupakan karyawan Kategori IV yaitu karyawan BUMN. Terdapat penurunan yang cukup signfi kan pada karyawan dengan kategori TKWT karena sebagian besar karyawan TKWT telah diangkat menjadi calon karyawan dan karyawan tetap Perum BULOG sesuai dengan hasil penilaian dan evaluasi kinerja masing-masing.

Most of the employees of Perum BULOG fall into Non Grade category, namely implementers and offi cers, including cashiers, secretaries, fi eld coordinators, desk clerks, attendance offi cers, weigher, clerks, warehouse admins, maintenance offi cers, admin officers, inventory officers, distribution officers, operation offi cers, depository, administrative, sales, and fi nancial offi cers.
There is a signifi cant decrease in number of employees at Non Grade level, because there are employees who passed the Retirement Age Limit (BUP), passed away, and resigned from the Company.

Most of the employees of Perum BULOG fall into Category IV employees, which is employees of SOE. There is a signifi cant decrease in number of employees in the TKWT category because most of the TKWT employees have been appointed as prospective employees and permanent employees of Perum BULOG as a result of their respective performance assessments and evaluations.

Berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan, karyawan Perum BULOG didominasi oleh karyawan dengan latar belakang pendidikan SMA/ SMK dan Strata 1/ Sarjana. Hal ini disebabkan karena Perusahaan melakukan perekrutan dengan kualifi kasi minimal pendidikan SMA/ SMK dengan tujuan penempatan di gudang, sementara perekrutan dengan kualifi kasi S1/ Sarjana ditujukan untuk penempatan baik di gudang maupun di kantor. Seluruh kategori latar belakang pendidikan karyawan mengalami penurunan karena karyawan yang memasuki Batas Usia Pensiun (BUP) dan beberapa karyawan yang mengundurkan diri.

Seperti terlihat pada tabel di atas, karyawan Perum BULOG didominasi oleh yang berusia pada rentang 26-30 tahun dan 31-35 tahun. Hal ini menunjukkan potensi perkembangan Perum BULOG di masa depan yang diisi oleh talenta-talenta muda.
Terdapat kenaikan jumlah karyawan pada rentang usia 26-30 tahun; di sisi lain terdapat penurunan signifi kan jumlah karyawan dengan usia di bawah 25 tahun.
Based on educational background, the employees of Perum BULOG are dominated by high school/vocational school and college graduates. This is due to the Company’s recruitment with minimum qualifi cation of high school/vocational education for placement in warehouses, and recruitment with bachelor degree qualifi cation for placement both in the warehouses and in the offi ce. There is a decrease in number of employees in all categories due to a number of employees which passed the Retirement Age Limit (BUP) and some employees resigned.

As shown in the table above, the employees of Perum BULOG are dominated by those aged between 26-30 years and 31-35 years. This shows the potential for the development of Perum BULOG in the future which is fi lled with young talents. There is an increase in the number of employees in the age range of 26-30 years; on the other hand, there was a signifi cant decrease in the number of employees under 25 years.

Jika dilihat dari tabel di atas, karyawan Perum BULOG didominasi oleh karyawan yang memiliki masa kerja 5-10 tahun dan 10-15 tahun.
Terdapat penurunan yang cukup signifi kan pada jumlah karyawan yang memiliki masa kerja TKWT karena para karyawan tersebut telah diangkat menjadi calon karyawan dan karyawan tetap, sehingga masuk ke dalam kategori karyawan dengan masa kerja < 5 tahun.

Berdasarkan gender atau jenis kelamin, karyawan Perum BULOG didominasi oleh karyawan laki-laki. Meskipun demikian, Perusahaan menjamin kesempatan dan kesetaraan yang sama bagi laki-laki dan perempuan sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimilikinya untuk mengembangkan karir dan berkontribusi pada Perusahaan.
