in order to increase professionalism and sustainable business performance, it has been launched quality development program of Human Resource with professionals and consistently through human resource management system in an integrated manner. ICON+ give equal opportunities to employees in developing career and perform their duties in a professional manner regardless of race, religion, race, class, and gender or condition fisik. Company continuously conducts training and development of employees to meet the competencies and skills required by the methods of education, training, special assignments, as well as mutations and promotional programs.

Pembinaan dan pengembangan Sdm didasarkan pada kompetensi dasar dan kompetensi teknis.

iCon+ mengembangkan kompetisi pegawai dengan memetakan kompetensi pegawai dan melaksanakan mutasi pegawai sesuai dengan organisasi baru yang telah ditetapkan, pengembangan kompetensi melalui training bidang dengan sertifikasi, mengelola secara terpusat operasional tenaga kerja outsourcing yang dikelola oleh Penyedia Jasa Tenaga Kerja (PJTK) agar sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan Perusahaan, meningkatkan soft and hard competency pegawai melalui training.

ICON+ telah menyelenggarakan pelatihan selama tahun 2014 mencapai 119 pelatihan/training yang dikuti oleh 672 pegawai yang ditunjukkan pada tabel dibawah ini:

Coaching and human resources development were based on core competencies and technical competencies.

ICON+ develop employee competition mapping the competencies of employees and implement personnel rotation in accordance with the new established organization, the development of competence through training field with certification, centrally manage outsourcing operational managed by the Service Provider of Manpower (PJTK) to conform to the intent and purpose company, to improve soft and hard competency of employees.

iCon+ has provided training for 2014 reached 119 training were followed by 672 employees shown in the table below:
