Abstract
Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) is Indonesia’s economy pillar that is able to contribute 61,04% of the country’s economy, to provide employment for 116,9 million people and support 293 T of Indonesia’s export value (Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, 2020). The challenges and obstacles faced by Batik SME are higher due to the 4.0 industrial revolution which changed the way SME survives and advances their business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of Pekalogan Batik SME business management in improving business competitiveness and to analyze SME strategies to increase industrial competitiveness in facing the 4.0 industrial era. The population of this research is 24 batik artisans in Kauman batik village, Pekalongan, with saturated/census samples. The data is primary data.
The research method is descriptive. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique, which was done by describing the facts of the findings. The results of the study illustrate the condition of the batik SME businesses management in Kauman Batik Village, Pekalongan. Based on the financial management, there are: 1) 74% of the artisans do not have proper business financial records, 2) 58% of the artisans do not separate business and personal finance records, and 3) 52% of the artisans have not utilized funding access provided by external parties. In terms of marketing management; 1)74% of the artisans still rely on hereditary network and 2) 74% of the artisans have not utilized the technology. Based on the HR management aspect, then: 1) the social level of batik artisans is diverse, 2) 70% of the artisans are not yet technological literate. The suggested strategies for SMEs in Kauman batik village during the 4.0 Industrial Revolution era are by 1) accessing assistance and funding offered by the Government, 2) making use of soft loans offered by banks, 3) utilizing the internet technology for business marketing, and 4)
understanding and using technology.

Economics With Mathematics And 19 Of Covid On Hahslm Method

Abstract
This study aims at finding a link between Islam and one type of science, math and economics. Through this study it clarified that in mathematics related to Covid-19 and economics there is a near connection between Islam and number 19. This work uses analytical approach to systematic analysis and the study of literature. The technique takes advantage of the Hahslm approach and comparative study. Books, guides, articles, online and electronic media data sources. The results of this analysis are 19 God Worship symbols which mean God formed on the basis of worship. Only the number 19 is stored by process H which is 472319. The reward or adorement is on the hand of Allah.
The origin is discovered in number 19 (one nine), until there is a world which is then worshiping Him. The number 19 appears in the Quran and the word Covid-19 appears in the virus. Covid-19 's effect has caused instability in Indonesia and globally. Mathematics forecasts economic instability in the form of a model for forecasting the downturn and reversal of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product ( GDP) economy, which will rebound, along with the safety and hope of having a vaccine in the future.

An Exploration Study of Indonesian National Sports Committee Management in Tuban Regency

Abstract
This study aims to investigate the management of the National Sports Committee (KONI) Tuban Regency with a qualitative exploratory approach.
KONI has seven stakeholders which consist of the general chief, secretary, treasurer, chairman of achievement field, and three representatives of the sports federation of KONI Tuban members were chosen deliberately as the interview participants. The data collection was carried out as follows:
observations, documentation, and interviews. The instrument validation was carried out by "expert judgment" and the qualitative data analysis was carried out using the Scientific Software qualitative data analysis ATLAS Ti. Version 8.4. As a result, strategic planning, collaboration between members of the sports branch, and government support are all factors that support the development of sports achievements in Tuban Regency. Meanwhile, the coordination between external stakeholders needs to be improved so that the coaching process could run well. Keywords: Exploration, Management, Organization, KONI.

Abstract
This study aims to: (1) Find out the organizational structure of SSETC Archery Central Java. (2) Find out the steps in recruiting athletes for the Student Sports Education and Training Center (SSETC) Archery in Central Java. (3) Find out the implementation of facility and infrastructure management to support the athletes’ achievement in SSETC Archery Central Java. (4) Find out the implementation of financial management in SSETC Archery Central Java. (5) Find out the implementation of training management in SSETC Archery Central Java. The study was conducted in Student Sports Education and Training Center (SSETC) Archery in Central Java. This study employed descriptive qualitative method. The unit of analysis was in Student Sports Education and Training Center (SSETC). The techniques of data collection included documentation, in-depth interview, and observation. The data sources of this study were the administrators, coaches, and athletes in Student Sports Education and Training Center (SSETC) Archery in Central Java. The findings indicated that the management of in Student Sports Education and Training Center (SSETC) Archery in Central Java is generally good. (1) The organizational structure of PLOP Archery is good, having organizational elements that continuously facilitate the athletes to gain achievement. (2) The recruitment process for athletes has been well conducted because of the very selective process and it is in line with the criteria/benchmark issued by Kemenpora. (3) The implementation of facility and infrastructure management is less good. This is due to the incomplete supporting facilities for the SSETC athletes as well as the mere use of the available facilities. (4) The implementation of financial management is good as it is proportionally distributed. (5) The implementation of training management in Student Sports Education and Training Center (SSETC) is good. Considering the limited budget allocation from APBN and APBD, the
management only optimizes the available budget.

The Height and Wight Analysis of Men’s Kabaddi Athlete in Asian Games 2018 Jakarta Palembang

Abstract
Kabaddi is a sport played by two teams who attack each other to catch and touch to get as many points as they can. This sport needs good physical and bio-motor components, such as agility and strength. This research aimed to analyze the average result of age, height and weight of Kabaddi athletes in the 2018 Asian games as one of the criteria for selecting athletes who would compete for the Asian level. Subject in this research was all men’s kabaddi athletes from each country participating in Asian Games 2018 of 118 athletes.
This research used ex post facto method. The variables of this research consisted of age, height and weight. Furthermore, the results of the data would be analyzed using descriptive analysis. For ages of men's kabaddi had an average of 25.92. Height had an average of 175.36. Weight had an average of 76.80. Based on the result of the research, it can be seen that weight factor is an important factor in determining the criteria for athletes in kabaddi sport besides age and height because weight has a maximum limit set in the rules of the match.
