Occupational health programs include:

PGN menyediakan berbagai sarana untuk mendukung partisipasi Perwira Subholding Gas dalam program- program kesehatan, termasuk penggunaan aplikasi HOLISTIC untuk mengakses hasil Medical Check Up (MCU) dan Health Risk Assessment (HRA), pelayanan klinik Perusahaan selama jam kerja, layanan konsultasi kesehatan 24 jam, serta pelaksanaan seminar edukasi kesehatan secara online.
Pelaksanaan program kesehatan kerja, termasuk perencanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi, dikendalikan oleh HSSE Group yang memiliki dokter Perusahaan berlisensi dan bersertifikat Hiperkes. Perusahaan juga menjalankan audit internal dan eksternal Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja setiap tahun untuk memastikan layanan kesehatan kerja beroperasi sesuai standar.
Hasil MCU dan pelayanan kesehatan kerja lainnya digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi risiko kesehatan kerja. PGN memastikan bahwa informasi medis yang diperoleh dari layanan tersebut dijaga kerahasiaannya dan tidak digunakan untuk tujuan yang tidak sesuai dengan hak-hak Perwira Subholding Gas.

[403-5] [11.9.6] [F.22]PGN berkomitmen untuk memberikan pembinaan kepada Perwira Subholding Gas guna meningkatkan kesadaran dan kompetensi mereka sesuai dengan kebijakan SMK3P2L-E. Hal ini bertujuan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, aman, dan ramah lingkungan serta memungkinkan Perwira Subholding Gas untuk mengambil tindakan preventif dan proaktif guna mencegah penyakit akibat kerja dan kecelakaan kerja. Pelatihan ini disusun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan atau Learning Need Analysis (LNA) yang telah dibuat khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Perusahaan. Pada tahun 2023, beberapa pelatihan K3 yang telah dilaksanakan adalah sebagai berikut:

PGN provides various facilities to support Subholding Gas Officers’ participation in health programs, including the HOLISTIC app for accessing MCU and HRA results, Company clinic services during working hours, 24- hour health consultation services, and online health education seminars.
The implementation of occupational health programs, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation, is overseen by the HSSE Group, which includes licensed and Hiperkes-certified Company doctors. The Company also conducts annual internal and external audits of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to ensure occupational health services operate according to standards.
MCU results and other occupational health services are used to identify and mitigate occupational health risks. PGN ensures that medical information obtained from these services is kept confidential and not used for purposes contrary to the rights of Subholding Gas Officers.
OHS TRAINING
[403-5] [11.9.6] [F.22]PGN is committed to providing training to Gas Subholding Officers to increase their awareness and competence in accordance with the SMK3P2L-E policy.
This aims to create a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly work environment and enable Gas Subholding Officers to take preventive and proactive measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents. The training is structured based on a Learning Need Analysis (LNA) that has been created specifically to meet the Company needs.
