PROPER adalah Program Pemeringkatan Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan di Bidang Lingkungan. Manajemen dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup (KLH) sejak tahun 1995, untuk mendorong perusahaan meningkatkan pengelolaan lingkungannya.
PROPER is a Company Performance Rating Rating Program in Environmental. Management developed by the Ministry of Environment (KLH) since 1995, to encourage companies to improve their environmental management.
Mid cap berarti kapitalisasi pasar menengah. Kelas BEI (bawah 1 Triliun = small cap), (1-10Trillion = mid cap), (10 Triliun keatas = big cap). Kapitalisasi pasar Perseroan adalah 6 Triliun.
Mid cap meaning middle market capitalization. IDX class (lower 1 Trillion = small cap), (1-10Trillion = mid cap), (10 Trillion above = big cap). The Company market capitalization is 6 Trillion.
Pada acara Bisnis Indonesia Awards yang digelar di salah satu hotel di Jakarta pada 15 Agustus 2022, Perseroan menerima penghargaan Bisnis Indonesia Awards 2022 untuk pertama kalinya di bidang produk rumah tangga. Dari sekitar 778 perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia, Perseroan terpilih sebagai 25 perusahaan peraih penghargaan sebagai satu-satunya perusahaan Jepang. Bisnis Indonesia Awards merupakan ajang penghargaan yang diselenggarakan oleh Bisnis Grup Indonesia (surat kabar ekonomi) sejak tahun 2002, dimana penghargaan diberikan kepada perusahaan-perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia yang dapat mengatasi segala kesulitan dalam dunia bisnis dan memberikan prestasi yang positif.
At the Bisnis Indonesia Awards event which was held at one of the hotels in Jakarta on 15 August 2022, the Company received the Bisnis Indonesia Awards 2022 award in the household product sector for the first time. Of the approximately 778 publicly listed companies in Indonesia, the Company were selected as the 25 award-winning companies as the only Japanese company. The Bisnis Indonesia Awards is an award event held by the Bisnis Indonesia Group (economic newspaper) since 2002, where awards are given to publicly listed companies in Indonesia who can overcome all difficulties in the business world and provide positive achievements.
Perseroan (MamyPoko) dinobatkan sebagai Best Practice oleh platform EC terbesar di ASEAN, Lazada Oktober lalu. Sebagai market leader popok bayi di Indonesia, dengan memperkuat penjualan MamyPoko di EC diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan penjualan di kategori tersebut secara keseluruhan.
The Company (MamyPoko) was named Best Practice by the largest EC platform in ASEAN, Lazada last October. As the market leader for baby diapers in Indonesia, by strengthening MamyPoko sales in EC, it is expected to contribute to increasing sales in the category as a whole.

As of 31 December 2022, the Company employed 2,520 employees (1,848 permanent employees and 672 contract employees) in all of the Company’s operations. All employees receive salaries in accordance with minimum wage standards set by the Government.

Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022, Perseroan mempekerjakan 2.520 karyawan, (1.848 karyawan tetap dan 672 karyawan kontrak) di semua operasi Perseroan.
