While the level of English is pretty good, the

manuscript is quite confusing since there are some issues:

1. The abstract mostly consists of introduction.

Please add some methods, results and conclusion in the abstract.

2. Please separate between methods of your investigation and Results and Discussion Section. In your manuscript, it is difficult to understand your original methods as they are mostly review of other work.

3. Results and Discussion Section is not clear.

Please put it in own section.
