Louis, USA pada tahun 2008. Beliau memperoleh gelar Sarjana Teknik Informatika dari Universitas Bina Nusantara, Jakarta pada tahun 2000 dan gelar Magister Teknik Informatika dari Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta pada tahun 2002.
Pada tahun 2000, beliau lulus dengan gelar Sarjana Ilmu Komputer dari Universitas Bina Nusantara, Jakarta, dan pada tahun 2002 meraih gelar Magister Ilmu Komputer dari Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta. Komitmen ICON+ terhadap penerapan prinsip K3 pada setiap lini proses bisnisnya membawa nilai prima pada hasil audit sertifikasi sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja yang dilakukan PT Sucofindo.
ICON+ telah mendapatkan sertifikasi data center level III pada kategori level sertifikasi dokumen desain (TCDD) dari Uptime Institute. Sertifikasi ini membuktikan bahwa ICON+ telah memenuhi standar internasional dalam hal desain topologi data center. Sertifikasi ini merupakan upgrade dari Sertifikasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 untuk lingkup penanganan gangguan reaktif setelah dilakukan analisa gangguan awal pada proses SLA Management Customer Violation (Response Time) pada produk jaringan dan layanan IT, pengelolaan material gudang, dan perluasan cakupan sertifikasi ISO 9001 :2015 pada Layanan Contact Center PLN 123.
