The independent variable was a task-based instructional model, and the dependent variable was speaking performance. Based on the description, if the Dicgtoloss method applied with the real students' speaking performance to be a good one. Dicgtoloss Method not used with the right then student speaking performance to be a bad one.
Based on the paradigm above, it can be concluded that the individual approach and speaking performance have a positive and significant correlation. The author assumes that the degree of individual approach is good; the degree of speaking performance l is also good. However, if the degree of individual approach is poor, the degree of speaking performance is also poor.
There is a positive and significant correlation between the students' . prior knowledge and their Dicgtoloss Method of speaking performance among first semester students at SMP Negeri 02 Pubian Central Lampung. The population of this study consisted of the seventh grade students of SMP N 02 Pubian Central Lampung. It was done to find out the basic knowledge of the students in terms of greeting while speaking before giving the treatment. In summary, from the result of the pre-test, the researcher found that the students' problem was in using an ineffective method in teaching.
Beware of that, the researcher identified the students' problems with speaking performance and offered concept-task-based instructions to know if there was a positive and significant influence of it. To conclude, the use of the concept dictogloss method can affect students' speaking performance at the seventh grade of SMP N 02 Pubian. Based on the data analysis, the researcher came to the conclusion that dictogloss mthod was an alternative method that had influence on the students' speaking performance.
To be more precise, there is a positive and significant influence of the use of the dictogloss method on the speaking skills of the students after the treatment. This study was conducted only among seventh graders of SMP N 02 Pubian with the aim of seeing if there was a positive and significant impact of using the dictogloss method on the students' speaking skills. It can be concluded that there is an influence on the speaking performance of the students by using the digtogloss method at SMP N 02 Pubian.

Test is the sequence of questions or statements used to measure skill, knowledge, intelligence, ability possessed by individual or group33. To collect the data, the investigator also used oral tests to know the students' speaking performance. The test consists of two types of tests, namely Pre-test and Post-test.
The pre-test was given in the first meeting before treatments were done to get to know the performance of the students before the action research was done. This treatment did in the last meeting after doing treatments have something as a goal to find out the change of students'. The improvement can identify if the mean score of the post-test is higher than pre-test.
Then, what has been observed by the researcher is the use of task-based learning is the class and the activity of the students in learning English. In obtaining information, the researcher obtains three types of sources like us: paper, place and people. The researcher uses reading comprehension to obtain detailed information about the condition of school buildings and facilities, the historical background of the school, teachers, employers and the organizational structure of SMP N 02 Pubian.

After reviewing the pre-test score of greeting speaking performance, the researcher conducted the dictogloss method treatment to help students understand more good greeting Furthermore, after the students of this class were given the concept task-based instruction treatment and they already understood it, the researcher gave the post-test to measure their greeting in speaking ability.

The students are expected to be more active in learning English so that the students can grasp and understand the material given by the teacher and improve their knowledge, especially in speaking, so that the speaking performance of the students will improve. Based on the observation of the class, the students will be more active after the teacher motivates and positively encourages the students that English is not a difficult subject.

It can be seen that the pre-test and post-test result from the pre-test result is lower than the post-test result. The impact of the dicto-gloss method can be an effective method in speaking performance and can be used as an alternative choice in a learning activity, as this method is so simple and suitable for implementation in a speaking performance. Based on the results of the research, the researcher would like to make some suggestions as follows.
It would be better for the English teacher to use the dictogloss method as a method to train students' speaking ability and use to reduce. students' anxiety before students speak because the advantage of dictogloss method can improve students' speaking ability and also other skills in English. The English teacher is supposed to give more motivation to the students so that the students can become more enthusiastic about learning English, as many students think that English is a difficult subject to learn. Siswa mendiskusikan masalah yang mereka alami dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris untuk (a) mencari perhatian, (b) memeriksa pemahaman, (c) menilai kinerja yang baik dan (d) meminta/mengungkapkan pemikiran, serta jawaban dan menuliskannya dalam jurnal belajar sederhana dalam bahasa Indonesia.
