Meanwhile, the internal factors, such as the students, have a pronunciation error, a lack of vocabulary, a lack of motivation to speak English, a lack of confidence to speak English, and they think that English is difficult to learn. The objectives of this research are to know the pronunciation error of the students and to know the English speaking ability of the students. The writer suggests that the students should be active in the learning process, especially the English subject.

We use English to communicate to other foreign languages because English is international language so we should be able to communicate in English. The internal factors such as students have common mispronunciations, students have low motivation to study or learn English vocabulary, students' practice of using spoken English is limited, and students' English speaking ability is low. When learning a foreign language, you need to understand that it uses a different set of sounds and different spelling rules than your native language (ie the same letter written in another language can be pronounced differently).

This means that most students have low scores in English material, especially in speaking performance. Students have some problems in their English speaking, such as lack of pronunciation, lack of motivation to speak English and think that English is difficult to learn.

It includes attention to the specific sounds of a language, aspects of speech beyond the level of the individual sound, such as intonation, phrasing, stress, timing, rhythm, how the voice is projected, and broadest. The vowels in the phonemic map are arranged according to where they were made in the mouth. For example, the top row of vowels is made high in the mouth, the middle row in the middle and the bottom row low in the mouth.

It is the skill of a speaker to communicate information to a listener or a group of listeners. Part of oral communication competence is the ability to initiate conversations, to identify topics, ask questions, control conversations and change the subject. It is for oral communication definitely requires a subject to respond to speech as well as to initiate it.17.

According to Brown and Yule there are three functions of speech, they are interactive speech, transactional speech and performance. James asserted that an error cannot be self-corrected, while errors can be self-corrected if the deviation is pointed out to the speaker.21 Based on the mentioned quotations, it can be concluded that the difference between error and error is that error is the deviation caused by the absence e. Furthermore, Brown hypothesized that errors made by students can be observed, analyzed, and classified to reveal something of the system operating within the student, called error analysis.22 In addition, error analysis is a method used to documented systematic errors. that appear in the language of the student. 23.

Pronunciation is the way a word or language is spoken, or the way someone pronounces a word. A word can be said in different ways by different individuals or groups, depending on many factors, such as: the duration of their childhood cultural exposure, the location of their current residence, speech or voice disorders,24 the group of their ethnicity, social class, or their education. 25. Some of these nouns, for example personnel, are actually combined with plural verbs most of the time.

Despite exceptions such as the usage in The New York Times, sports team names are usually treated as plural, even if the form of the name is singular. Most of the differences between UK English (which we'll call BrE) and North American English (which we'll call AmE) are vocabulary, pronunciation, and spelling differences. Almost all of the structures in this book are used in both varieties, but there are often differences in how often a structure occurs in one variety or the other.

In spoken American English, it is very common to use the simple past tense as an alternative in situations where the present perfect would normally have been used in British English. During studies in school, most teachers tend to use American and automatically it affects them accordingly.
