In today's competitive environment, human resources have become a critical factor in the success of organizations. Thus, in this study, a rich literature in the research field was first created by reviewing the texts and the experimental and theoretical backgrounds, and then an interview method based on thematic analysis was used to design a native model in human resource management. as the original target. Afterwards, a questionnaire was used to determine the pattern fit and prioritize the subsystems in the quantitative part.
Simply put, a qualitative and Delphi approach was used to design the model and identify components and competencies in the first phase, and a quantitative method was used to implement the model and analyze the data in the next phase. The statistical population in the qualitative sector included banking and academic HR professionals who had management skills at managerial levels. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all senior managers, department heads and branch managers of Isfahan Saderat Bank.
Based on the research results, the model of a competent human resource management system was designed based on a succession approach (recruitment, training, performance, assessment and compensation) including the 5 main themes of competence, foresight, integrity, fairness and flexibility. The establishment of a succession management and meritocracy rule in the processes of selection, training, performance, appraisal and compensation would put the employees in the psychological circle of safety. Coffee shop as a peace-oriented place: reconsidering the system of semantic relations governing coffee shops. Coffee shop as a peace-oriented place: Reconsidering the system of semantic relations governing coffee shops. It occurred along with the evolution of coffee houses in Iran and became a Patogh (haunted place) for young people.
This article wanted to reflect the experiences of young people in cafes and rethink their system of meaningful relations, and also wanted to answer why young people welcome cafes in the city of Bojnord. The research also tried to understand what kind of semantic relations were produced and reproduced in cafes with increasing popularity among young people in Bojnord. The study was conducted by interviewing 36 young people (16 boys and 20 girls) who live in the city of Bojnord and are on average 21 years old (age range 18-25 years), in the spring of 2021.
The causal condition for the presence of young people in cafes is freedom from structural dominance. Also, in cafes, young people can show that they are dependent on the place, an intermediary that has the power to change and produce new values and practices, and depends on the place called the cafe. This meaning is considered a contextual condition for the presence of young people in cafes.
Young people come to the coffee shop to spread the culture of peace in its peace-oriented place by preparing themselves for the new civilized life that is romantic and non-discriminatory. Paying attention to changes in the system of semantic relations in a third place such as a coffee shop from the perspective of young people can pave the way for a better understanding of their relationship with this place and identification of their spatial-semantic needs.
