Item Specification Statement of

Compliance General Requirements

The bidder must be a certified Tier 1 Reseller of the solution being proposed and must provide certificate of authorized distributor of the product.

The Bidder must have the capability to manage the end-to end solution of the requirement.

The Bidder must have at least two (2) Certified Audio Visual professionals certified by the the manufacturer of the equipment being proposed.

The Bidder must have completed at least Three (3) similar projects in the last five (5) years, with one (1) project amounting to at least fifty (50) percent of the ABC.

The Bidder must provide detailed project Implementation Plan

The Bidder must provide detailed functional diagrams of the solution being offered

The Bidder must provide demo unit for further assessment by TWG

Compliance General Requirements

The bidder must submit a certificate as authorized reseller and certification from the distributor as authorized distributor of the product which will be included in the Technical Documents during bid opening.

The Bidder must have the capability to manage the end-to end solution of the requirement.

The Bidder must have at least two (2) Certified Audio Visual professionals certified by the the manufacturer of the equipment being proposed. The certification must be included in the Technical Documents during bid opening.

Note: All specifications found in Section VII (Technical

Specifications) are minimum requirements or equivalent

of the items.
