consistent with Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised lmplementing Rules and Reguiations ^(R-lRR)of Republic Act (RA) No.91'84;

WHEREAS, in order to determine whether the bidder concerned complies with and is responsive to all the requirements and conditions stated in the RFQ, the BAC, with the assistance of the Technical Working Group tlWG), has undertaken the following Post Qualiflcation proceedings, as applicable:

1. The BAC has determined whether KSU ls entering into a contract with a capable Supplier, Consultant, or Contractor by requiring the submission of applicable eligibility, technical and financial documents with reference to,Appendix A of Annex H,2016 R-IRR of RA 9184 of the Documentary Requirement for AMP.
