第六章 結論、建議與限制
第三節 研究限制
本研究以質性研究法探討中老年攝護腺癌患者接受機械手術治療的經驗 感受，面臨的研究限制如下：受限於人力及時間，因此收案侷限於北部一所醫學 中心之內，無法得知是否因地域的不同，而研究結果會有所不同。由於本研究族 群具有良好的經濟條件，選擇自費的機械手臂手術治療，而不同的癌症分期可選 擇的治療方式也不同，故會對研究結果造成影響。因此本研究結果只能應用於類 似屬性醫院及族群照護，無法應用於所有攝護腺癌中老年患者的照護。
