Nghien cuu duoc tiln hanh nhSm danh gia anh hudng ciia tdi va nghe din kha nSng sinh trudng va chat lugng thit ga Ri lai tha vudn. Tdng s6 520 ga Ri lai 28 ngay tuoi duoe phan bd hoan toan nglu nhien vao bdn 16: 26 ga/I6 voi 5 lln lap lai. Thiic an cho ga trong nghien cuu la khau phan co sd dugc phdi frdn cho hai giai doan phat trien (4-8 tuan tuoi va 9-15 tuan tudi). Ga a Id ddi chimg (DC) dupc cho an khau phan co sd, frong khi ga d cac 16 thi nghiem duoe an thiic an la khau phin co sd cd bo sung 2% bdt toi d Id 1 (Tl), 0,75% bgt nghd d 16 2 Cr2), 1,5% bot tdi + 0,5% bdt nghe d 16 3 (T3). Ket qua nghidn cmi cho thay ga d Id T3 cd khdi lirong liic ket thiic thi nghiem cao nhat (1.676 g) va tieu tdn thiic an thap nhat (2,81 kgTA/kgTI) frong cac cong thitc thi nghiem cho ca giai doan nghien ciiu (P<0,05). Ty le sdng cua ga d cac Id Tl va T3 d muc 94%

va 97%, cao hon 16 ddi chung (87%) (P<0,05). Hon niia, thit ga dcac Id an thirc an cd bd sung bpt nghe (T2 va T3) CO mau s ^ , do va vang ban so vdi 16 DC. Nghidn cuu duge thuc hidn frdn 520 g l Ri lai (3/4 Ri X 1/4 Lirong Phtrong) 4 tuin tudi, tir ngly 14/3/2018 - 01/7/2018 tai Td hpp tie Chan nudi ga thao dupc Phong My, xa Phong My, huydn Phong Dien, tinh Thira Thidn - Hul. Bdt tdi vl bdt nghd sir dung frong nghidn ciiu dugc c h l biln bi ngudn cu tdi tuoi feidng tdi tia) va eii nghd tuoi (gidng nghd vang) frdng tai dia phirong. Ty Id cle loai nguydn Udu va thinh phan dinh dudng cua thiic an dupe trinh bay d bang 2.

2.3. Chi tidu nghidn ctiu v l phirong phap x l c dinh

Lupng an vao dupc xac dinh cho trung binh mdi ga thi nghiSm trong cac 16 p hai giai doan (tir 4-8, 9-15 tuan) va tmng binh ca qua trinh phat diSn cua ga.

Tieu ton thiic an duoc tinh toan tir lupng thiic an an vio va tang trong c i a ga thi nghiSm. Ty 16 nuoi sdng duoc xac dinh frung buih cho m6i cong thiic thi nghiem cho ca giai doan nuoi.

2.3.2. Nang suat va chdt lucmg thit

Nghiin ciiu tien hanh chpn nglu nhien 2 ga trong va 2 ga mai tti m6i 16 thi nghiSm i.i mo khao sat danh gia nang suat thit ga. Nang suat thjt dupc lanh gia th6ng qua ly 16 cua cac thanh phan thit (than thit, ty 16 thit dui va ngtic). Miu thit luon dupc l^y tir 4 ga trdng va 4 ga mai da md khao sat (1 ga h-dng va 1 ga mai/cong thiic thi nghi6m) de hdn hanh phan tich chat lupng thit (pH thit, mau sac thit.

2.4.XiiltsdUdu

Sd lieu nghien ciiu dupc quan ly va xu ly bang phan mem SPSS version 25. Cac phan tich dupc thuc hien de xac dinh gia tri trung binh va dp lech chuan.

Tien hanh phan tich ANOVA de so sanh su sai khac giiia cac c6ng thiic thi nghi6m. Sir sai khac dupc xac dinh la cd y nghia thdng k6 khi P<0,05.

3.KETQUAVA1IUIIUUN

Kit qua mo khio sit 16 ga thi nghiem cd khdi lugng cho thay, ty Id than thit eua g l dao ddng tu 64,4% - 66,6%, ty Id thit ludn vl thit dui bi 27,7% - 29,3%. This study was conducted to Evaluate the effects of garlic and turmenc on the growth performance and meat quality of crossbred Ri broilers. A total of 520 crossbred Ri broilers at 28-day old were randomly assigned into four groups of 24 birds each with five replicates. Birds in control group were fed with basal mixture diet for two periods (4-8 weelc. and 9-15 weelt). In the diets for three treatment groups, basal diet was added garlic and turmeric powder at the level of 2% garlic powder in treatment 1 CTl), 0.75% turmeric powder in treaUnent 2 Cr2),and 1.5%garlicpowder+ 0.5% turmeric powder in Ueatment 3 (T3). The results showed that buds m T3 (1,676 g) had the highest body weight, and lowest in feed coversion ratio (2.81 Itg feed intake/Iig weight gain) among groups for whole expenment period (P<0.05). The survival rate of bird was sigmicandy higher in Tl (94%) and T3 (97%) rather than that of the control (87%) (P<0.05). Meat colour of broilers in treatment groups added turmuric powder Cr2 and T3) tend to be lower in L (light) index, while higher in a* (red) and b* (yellow) indexes than m the control group. There was no significant difference between groups in meat productivity. These results confirmed that dietary supplementation of garlic and turmenc powder can improve the growth performance and meat quality of crossbred Ri broilers, in which diets combining 1.5% of garlic powder and 0.5% of turmeric powder was the most effective in this experiment.
