CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF LISTED PLASTIC AND PACKAGING ENTERPRISES IN STOCK MARKET VIETNAM - SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS 'The paper analyzes the current situation of capital structure of 35 listed plastic and packaging enterprises on VielNam's stock market in the period of 2012-2018 Analysis results show that the capital structure still ensures the ability of selffinaneing for owners of the enterprise; the financial balance, and the stability and safety in business activities However, the current capital structure with large short-term debts, increasing debt ratio, big dependence on entities outside the business, will reduce business efficiency and increase financial risks for businesses. The author proposes 3 solutions to improve the capital structure of listed plastic and packaging businesses in Vietnam.
