Through a survey of 298 tourism students, the authors assess the impact of faclors on the quality of soft skills training program for tourism students at Dai Nam University. The result points out seven faclors positively affecting the quality (satisfaction) of the aforementioned program for tourism students, arranged in descending order of impact, which are Content of training program; Facilities; Training methods; Lecturers; Students' learning attitude; Mechanisms and policies of the university; Study environment. The finding provides a practical basis for improving the quality of the university's soft skills training program for tourism students in the years to come.
