Summary

With the goal of identifying how the elements of organizational citizenship behavior affect task performance, the author conducts a research model based on previous studies wilh seven independent variables: Helping, Sportmanship. Loyalty, Conscientiousness, Initiative, Virtue, Self-development Three elements including Virtue, Conscientiousness and Self-development are merged into only one variable named "Conscientiousness to job and organization ", which make impact on the performance of employees in Vietname.'ie enterprises.
