ABSTRACT:
This study is to find out the factors affecting die work efficiency of restaurant staff by surveying 225 employees working for restaurants in Hanoi. This study's findings reveal that the work efficiency of restaurant staff in Hanoi is quite low. This issue could adversely affect the performance and service quality of restaurants in Hanoi. This study's resuhs are expected to provide practical bases for poliy development in order to improve die work efficiency of employees and the service quality of restaurants in Hanoi.
