2.2.2. Phuongphip dinh luang
Dinh lupng polyphenol tdng CTPC) theo phuong phip Folin-Ciocalteu nhu md ta boi Swanson va es (2002). 2.2.3. Phuong phip xic dinh hoat tinh

This paper focused on researching about purification step for polyphenol, chlorophyll with antioxidant activities which original from maize, n-hexan, ethanol, ethyl acetate were used as purification fraction solvent. Polyphenol, chlorophyll content with antioxidant activities (total, reducmg power and DPPH) of each part of maize were evaluated. The results showed, polyphenol content of maize stalk was the most, chlorophyll content with antioxidant activities (total, reducing power) of maize leaves were the highest DPPH of maize leaves and roots M were the best. Polyphenol with antioxidant activities of ethyl acetate fraction were the highest.
