Muc tieu: xdc dinh cdc ndi dung cu the trong 5 linh vdc quan ly (QL) can dao tao cho cdc thanh vien tham gia ddn vi Dao tao vd Td vd'n (DT&TV) Qudn ly thudc Dd dn Viet Nam - Hd Lan Trddng Dai hgc Y Hd Ngi. Dd'i tugng va pbuang phap nghien cdu: nghien cdu md td cdt ngang, sd dyng bg cdu hdi phdng van ca nhan cac dd'i tddng nghien cdu. Ke't qud: y kien cua 144 can bg neu cac ndi dung vi 5 linh vdc quan ly can dao tao cho thanh vien ddn vi Ddo tao vd Td van qudn ly diu Id cdc ncji dung cu thi vd rat cd ban, cdc ndi dung nay bao triim ca 5 linh vdc quan ly. Nhdng ndi dung ddac nhiiu y kiin neu can ddo tao nhd't Id: quy trinh va cdc bddc lap ki hoach (LKH) chien Idgc: 45,1 % y kiin; Quy tdnh vd phdang phdp quan ly nhan ldc:
52,1% y kiin; Kiin thdc ca ban vi len ke hoach vd qudn ly: 61,1% y kiin; Kien thdc ca ban ve chdang trinh/dd an: 52,1% y kiin; Phdang phdp quan ly chat Idang ddo tao 40,9% y kiin. I. DAT VAN DE

2. PhUdng phap va npi dung nghien cu'u:
Sd dung phddng phdp md ta cdt ngang b i n g sd dung bp edu hdi de thu thdp thdng tin. Cde thdng tin thu thap tap trung vao xde djnh nhdng ndi dung cu the c i n ddo tao eho thdnh vien ddn vj DT&TV Q u i n ly ve 5 iTnh vdc QL da ddde xae djnh cu the la: Lap ke hoach chien Iddc; Quan ly vd phdt t r i l n ngudn lUc; Lap ke hoach vd QL chung; Lap ke hoach vd QL dd an/chdong trinh;
Quan ly chat Iddng dao tao.
3. Cd mau va chpn mau: 144 edn bp ddde chon chu dich, dd la ede edn bp gidng day v l QL hoac trdc tiep ldm nhiem vu QL d cdc trddng dai hpe y va mpt sd cd sd trong Ngdnh Y te. Hp ddde coi la cdc chuyen gia hieu biet v l thdc trang dao tao, thdc hanh, cung nhd nghien cdu v l QL trong Nganh Y te.

4. Cong cu va phUOng phap thu thap thong tin: bd cau hdi phdng van ddde phdt trien de thu

III. KETQUA
1. Mpt so thong tin ve ddi tUpng dUpc dieu tra Ddi tddng nghien cdu la 144 can bp trong do:
- Nam 104 (72,2%); Nd 40 (27,8%).
- Tudi trung binh: 45,4 ± 8 tudi
- Nam edng tde trung binh: 21,7 ± 9,5 nam - Ldnh dao cae Phdng, Ban, Khna, Bd mdn eua cdc Trddng Y: 4 7 , 9 % (59 ngddi).
- Chuyen vien cdc Phdng, Ban cua Trddng Y:
8,3% (12 ngddi).
- Cdn bp g i l n g day tai cdc Trddng Y: 21,0%
(30 ngddi)
- Lanh dao Trddng, mpt sd Vu cua Bp Y te:
8,0% (11 ngddi)
- Lanh dao Sd y te, cdc Phdng, Ban cua Sd y te: 11,8% (17 ngudi).
- Can bp cde Benh vien, Vien: 3,0% (5 ngddi).

V. KET LUAN
C l 5 linh vdc QL ddde xdc djnh la: quan ly chien lUdc; Quan ly ngudn lUc; Quan ly va LKH chung; Quan ly chddng trinh/dd dn vd Qudn ly chd't Iddng ddo tao d i u ed ede ndi dung cu the c i n ddo tao cho cdc thdnh vien ddn vi DT&TV Q u i n ly thudc Dd dn Viet Nam - Ha Lan Tnrdng Dai hpc Y Hd Npi.

STUDY ON SPECIFIC CONTENTS OF 5 ASPECS OF MANAGEiVlENT NEEDS TO BE TRAINED TO IMPROVING CAPACITIES FOR MEMBERS OF
CENTER OF EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMEMT
Objective: To identify the specific contents of fine management aspects needs to be trained for members of center of excellence in management of Vietnam the Netherlands Project, Hanoi Medical University. Method: A cross sectional study has been carried out by using questionnaire for individual interview. Results: 144 object of study showed the contents of fine aspects of management needs to be trained for members of center of excellence in management are specific and basic contents, these contents cover all contents of fine aspects of management. The contents of management that more people have mentioned should be trained are: Process and steps of strategic planning: 4 5 . 1 % opinion; Process and methods of manpower management: 5 2 . 1 % opinion; Basic knowledge of planning and management:
61.1% opinion; The basic knowledge of Project/Programs: 52.1 %o pinion; The methods of training quality management: 40.9% opinion. Conclusions: Many contents of all fine aspects of management needs to be trained for members of center of excellence in management. The contents should be paid more attention lo train for members of center of excellence in management are process and steps of strategic planning, process and methods of manpower management, basic knowledge of planning and management, the basic knowledge of Project/Programs; the methods of training quality management.
