ABSTRACT
In this study to determine the prevalence of Vibrio spp. on water samples at slaughter, seafood and feces of patients sei-ve for further studies on identification species of Vibrio spp. and their antibiotic resistance.
Isolation of Vibrio spp. was carried out on 300 samples including 160 clam samples, 100 swine blood samples and 40 feces of diarrheal patients collected from Tra Vinh hospital, Tra Vinh province. Results indicated that there were 10% clam samples and 4% swine blood samples contaninated by Vibrio spp. whereas no Vibrio spp. was isolated fi-om diarrheal feces The results ofkirby bauer antibiotic sensitivity tests showed that all of the isolated Vibrio spp. strains weresensitive to norfloxacin (100%), chloramphenicol (70%) but 90% of the isolates is resistant to amoxicillin. Three out of 20 (15%) Vibrio spp. isolates were positive for multivalent antisera (0139. Ogawa, Inaba). 10% (2/20) of them was positive for monovalent antisera (Ogawa and Inaba).

Kit qud khdng sinh do cho thdy da sd vi kliudn Vibrio spp. nhgy vdi norfloxacin (100%), vdi chloramphenicol (70%), vd de khdng hodn todn vdi amoxicillin (90%). Cd 15% mdu duang tinh vdi khdng huyit thanh da gid (0139, Ogawa, Inaba), ti l^ duang tinh vdi khdng huyit Ihanh dan gid Ogawa (10%) vd vdi khdng huyit thanh dan gid Inaba (10%) tren nhung mdu benh phdm dugc phdn Igp.

2 VAT LIEU VA PHU'ONG PHAP 2.1 Vat lieu

Bd thuoc nfaudm Gram (Germany), bd khang huyit thanh dinh type V. cholerae (Vien Pasteur TP. Hd Chi Minfa) va nudc Peptone ed muoi NaCl vdi cic ndng do tir 0-10%.
Mdu phan benfa nhan tieu chay: dugc tfau tfaap sdra, bao quan d mdi trudng v ^ chuyin Cary- Blair, vd chuyin vl phdng thi nghiim di nudi cay, phin ldp.
M I U ngfalu: nia sach chdt ban ben ngoai, liy phin thit cit nliuyin (lg) tdng sinh ttong 9 ml mdi trudng nudc pepton kiira (APW) chiia 2% mudi NaCl.
Mau huylt heo: khoing 5ml/radu dugc liy tgi cdc ca sd giit md, mdu dugc chuyin ve phdng thi nghiem tang sinh ttong 9 ml mdi trudng nudc pepton kilm. Tdt e i cdc logi mau diu dugc nudi cdy tich luy trong mdi tmdng APW tir 8 -12 gia.
2.2 Phuong phap nghien cihi 2 2.1 Phuangphdp nudi cdy
i ml miu dugc tang sinh ttong 9 ml mdi tmdng Peptone kiim (APW) chiia 2% NaCl ii 37"C ttong 24 gid nhira tgo diiu ki|n cho nfadm vi khuin Vibrio spp. phdt triln vd ngin cdn sy phdt ttiin cOa vi kfauin cgnfa tranfa khac.
Phin lap tren mdi ttydng chuyin biet TCBS d 37*'C trong 24 gid: khuin lgc cd tiii cd miu ving faodc xanh tiiy lodi:
- Khuin lac V. cholerae ldn, dudng kinfa khodng 2-3 mm, Idng, cd miu ving, hai phdng, tim dye va xung quanh cd qudng ttdng dye
- Kfaudn lac V. parahaemolylicus v i V.
vulnificus lan, dudng kinh kfaoang 3-4 ram. cd miu tir xanh din xanh duong.
Khudn lac V. mimicus ldn, dudng kinh 2-3 mra, pfadng va cd mdu xanfa. Cdn ddi vdi kfaudn lgc V. fluvialis thi phdng, mdu ving va dudng kinh tir 2-3 mra (Trin Linfa Tfaudc, 2009).

2.2.3 Phuangphdp dinh danh bdng phdn ung huyet thanh hoc

cholerae bao gdm: Khang huylt thanh ta da gia 3 chung: Inaba, Ogawa vd 0139; khdng huylt thanh ta don gia Inaba; klidng huylt thanh la don gid Ogawa.
