Effects of lysine and probiotics supplement on development rate and "Ga ta " meat quality were investigated Lysine contents were added on diets at three levels, including 0.8, 1 0 and 1 2% Probiotics was used at 0 2, 0.4 and 0 6%. Two control experiments, including one experiment which was without lysine or probiotics addition and the remaining one was carried out using commercial diet, were conducted in paralell to evaluate effectiveness of addition of lysine or probiotics.

Research results indicated that supplementation of lysine, arranging from 0.8 to 1 2%, increased development rate, feed conversion effectiveness as well as meat quality compared to the control sample in which lysine was not added. Results were also recorded similarly toward the addition of probiotics to diet. Supplementation qf probiotics from 0.2 to 06%, increased development rate and feed conversion effectiveness compared to the control sample which was not supplymenled with probiotics. Our findings revealed potential of using lysine and probiotics as supplements in chicken diet m order to increase of development rate, diet conversion effectiveness as well tis improvement of meat quality.

2. Bo tri thi nghiem

Gd dugc cho dn theo c h l do 3 lln/ngdy, vdo luc 7 gid, 12 gid vd 17 gid.

IV. K ^ LUAN VA KI^N NGHj

Bo sung lysine tu 1-1.2% vdo thuc dn giup ldng t i c d f sinh trudng eiia gd ta nuoi thuang phim 10,4% so vdi mdu doi ehi>ng khdng b l sung lysine vd hf s i tieu ttiy thuc an trdn 1 kg tang Irpng gidm 13,7% sau 16 tuin nuii.
