1. This Court has set this matter down for hearing on Thursday, 3 September 2020.
2. The Court has now resolved that an oral hearing in open court will not be possible due to the ongoing national lockdown and COVID-19 pandemic.
With that in mind, the parties are directed to indicate and confirm by way of letter, not later than 15h00 on Tuesday, 11 August 2020, whether they prefer:
(a) An online hearing of the matter on the allocated date, to be arranged in consultation with the Court's IT officials; or
(b) The hearing be postponed to a date when hearings in open court are practicable; or
(c) The matter to be decided on the record and written arguments without any further hearing of any kind.
3. Further directions may be issued.
