Melalui implementasi Kantor Layanan Syariah (Office Channeling) yang pada saat ini sudah mencapai 36 Kantor yang berada di Bank DKI konvensional. Dan juga adanya penambahan kantor Cabang Syariah Pondok Indah dan Capem Syariah Matraman telah memberikan manfaat yang besar

bagi nasabah karena leksibilitasnya memungkinkan nasabah

memperoleh layanan syariah di cabang-cabang konvensional yang tersebar di seluruh DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya, yang tak lain untuk meningkatkan kemudahan pelayanan nasabah dalam bertransaksi di Bank DKI Syariah.

Funding

• Bank DKI Syariah tetap konsisten dalam melakukan

kegiatan-kegiatan promosi dan sosialisasi memasarkan produk-produk Bank DKI Syariah yang berkualitas serta memberikan pelayanan yang optimal kepada nasabah.

Promotion

In order to promote an socialize the existence of Bank DKI Sharia and to introduce its saving and inancing products and other services to a wider public, a number of communication and promotion campaigns were organized using a number of channels, such as:

• Website

Bank DKI Sharia opened its own website at

www.bankdkisyariah.co.id which is updated regularly to provide the latest news and information around Bank DKI Sharia and can be conveniently accessed. Bank DKI Sharia’s website is also linked to www.bankdki.co.id to allow for easy user’s interconnection between the two websites.

• Print Media

Bank DKI Sharia placed a number of press advertisements in a number of national print media to promote its products and services.

• Electronic Media

This media was used as advertisement placement and talk shows on products and services.

• Seminar and Road Show

Bank DKI Sharia participated in numerous trade shows, such as Indonesia Sharia Expo (ISE) 2007, Allisa Khadijah Muslimah Fair II Seminar, Islamic Finance Summit, Perbanas Sharia Compartment at the APCONEX 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009.

The encouraging growth experienced by Bank DKI Sharia was also the result of a keen business strategy of setting up Sharia Ofice Channeling at more than 36 Bank DKI conventional branches and the opening of Sharia Branch Ofice in Pondok Indah and a sub-branch in Matraman. This initiative contributed greatly in increasing transaction accessibility since customers are now able to enjoy Bank DKI sharia-banking services at conventional banking branch scattered throughout DKI Jakarta and the surrounding areas.

• Bank DKI Sharia remained consistent in promoting and socializing its quality products and providing the best services to all its customers.

• Memberdayakan seluruh Sumber Daya Insani Bank DKI

Syariah untuk melakukan follow up yang intensif ke sumber-sumber dana, mengembangkan daya tarik produk yang telah ada dan menerbitkan produk baru yang memiliki daya saing dengan bank lain.

• Meningkatkan kredibilitas Bank DKI Syariah di hadapan

bank-bank koresponden untuk memperlancar transaksi internasional dengan pendekatan kepada bank koresponden untuk memperoleh USD21 juta dalam bentuk credit line, menciptakan jaringan swift 150 Bank Koresponden di seluruh dunia.

Pembiayaan

• Bank DKI Syariah akan terus melakukan ekspansi perluasan

pembiayaan di beberapa sektor, baik dari sektor retail produktif maupun korporasi. Untuk sektor Retail Produktif, segmen yang akan dituju adalah Linkage BPRS, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Layanan Mikro. Sedangkan untuk sektor Korporasi proyek-proyek yang akan digarap adalah Government Spending yang terkait dengan infrastruktur seperti proyek-proyek PLN dan proyek-proyek yang berhubungan dengan gas, dengan membidik kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang berorientasi ekspor yang sumber pendapatan dalam Dollar.

• Menciptakan struktur pembiayaan yang lebih nyaman bagi

nasabah, antara lain dengan pemberian margin yang lebih rendah dalam transaksi L/C dengan sumber dana dari Bank- bank koresponden internasional.

• Menjaga posisi nPF net di bawah 2%.

• Melakukan ekspansi pembiayaan secara progresif dengan

tetap mengedepankan prinsip prudential banking. Bank untuk menutup risiko pasar terhadap perubahan kurs valuta asing melakukan dengan cara swap buy sell bulanan melalui PT Bank Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) dan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk., masing-masing sebesar USD5.500.000.

Feebased Income

Menjaring pendapatan diluar pendapatan bagi hasil dan marjin melalui jasa penerbitan SKBDN, Setoran PNBP, Handling Charge, Custome Bond, Bank Garansi, Kiriman Uang, Pembayaran Telepon, Air, Listrik dan lain-lain.

• Engaging the entire human resources of Bank DKI Sharia in intensive efforts of following up sources of funding, creating value added aspects to the existing products and developing new and more competitive products.

• Enhancing the credibility of Bank DKI Sharia amongst corresponding banks so to enable for smoother

international transactions by approaching the correspondent banks for a USD21 million credit line and establishing Swift connections with 150 correspondent banks worldwide.

Financing

• Bank DKI Sharia will continue expanding its inancing business to cater numerous sectors be it productive retail and corporation. For productive retail sectors, the Bank is aiming at Bank of Credit Sharia Linkage, Saving and Borrowing Cooperatives and Micro Financing Services. As for corporation sectors, the targets are government spending related to infrastructure developments, such like PLN projects, natural gas related projects by aiming at export oriented corporations generating dollar income. • Establishing a more convenient inancing structure for

customers, by offering lower margins for L/C transactions funded by international corresponding banks.

Sourcing alternatives for proit sharing-based and margin-based incomes through the issuance of local L/C, payment for non- tax state revenues, handling charges, customer’s bond, bank guarantees, remittance, utility bill payment and many others.
